"We couldn't be happier with our stay at this apartment. My wife and I with our two adult kids stayed for two nights. It was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Communication with our hosts was excellent. Only word of caution is that the unit is up 4 flights of stairs so if you are challenged with mobility you should probably avoid, but I think the listing was clear in this regard. I loved being so centrally located in the heart of old town and super close to the lake. Thank for a great stay....

"We had a good stay at the apartment. Although there is a sofa bed it does only really suit 2 people to be comfortable regarding space. The bed is raised & requires climbing up to it so wouldn’t suit anyone less able. The balcony is a great asset. The listing suggests the wc is separate but it is in the showroom. "Very difficult to find the apartment. Stairs are very narrow and steep. The parking is far from the apartment. The apartment is hot even with the A/C working. Shower is very difficult to use because of the inclined roof. I would not recommend. It is better to go to the hotel : it is the same price, parking is easy, and near old Annecy and beach just like this apartment. "

"Pool was beautiful, easy walking to old town Annecy. Rooms were amazing. Since most European showers don’t have full doors, I found this little perk so amazing to close a shower fully! Cafe downstairs was great. Pool service would be nice (quiet and no service) and it would be cool if they had a shuttle to their sister property, Imperial. Also, you need to make reservations at the main restaurant FYI. Overall, great place to stay!!!"
