Spacious Accommodations: Our home features 4 well-appointed bedrooms with 7 cozy beds, ensuring a comfortable stay for up to 12 guests. The inviting living room is perfect for both entertaining and relaxation, with large windows that fill the space with natural light, while offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.

Cottage Rules: 1. Maximum of 12 guests, additional guests up to a maximum of 14 will be $50/night. More than 14 guests will result in you losing your security deposit. 2. Loud or excessive noise on the property after 11 pm can result fines municipal/platform fines. 3. Smoking inside the cottage will result in a $1000 fine. 4. 4 bags of garbage are permitted, additional bags up to 6 will be $15 per bag. More than 6 bags will result in a flat fee of $100. 5. A MAXIMUM of 5 cars on premises, More than 5, without previous discussion can lead to fines up to $150/night 6. Parties or gatherings of unregistered guests are not permitted. 7. No shoes in the cottage 8. Do not drive cars, ATVs, or trucks onto the lawn area. 9. Outdoor security cameras in place for safety and to ensure rules and regulations are followed. 10. Campfires must be fully extinguished 11. No Fireworks 12. Only 1 pets allowed at the property. Please confirm the breed and type of pet you’ll be taking with us as we are only allow hypoallergenic pets at the property.
Hot Tub Rules:
1. Please shower prior to entering hot tub. 2. Maximum of 6 people in hot tub. 3. Must close hot tub cover when not in use. Cover must never touch floor (use the cover arm) 4. No food or drinks in the hot tub. Do not urinate in the hot tub. Polluted water will result in a cleaning fee ~500$) As well as any lost revenue from its closure 5. No children under 10 yrs old allowed in hot tub without adult supervision. 6. Hot Tub use is not permitted past 11pm 7. Do not unplug hot tub or adjust settings 8. No pets or animals allowed in hot tub
Dry Sauna Rules:
1. The SAUNA should not be used alone unless supervised. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. 2. Persons infected with a communicable disease or having open sores on their body are prohibited from using the SAUNA. 3. Pregnant women and persons suffering from heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure should not use the SAUNA without permission from their doctor. 4.
