"The room was minimal and had a nice view! Balcony was clean. Shower was a bit small. Staff was pleasant, and location was perfect for ferry rides exploring other little towns. The pool was very cold and there was construction going on around pool and hottub was closed. Breakfast was nice but cost us an extra $20 because we didnt include it with the room. Not sure it was worth $20 a person but it was good."

"Very nice and quiet hotel with a stunning view. A family owned hotel where the high service and cosy atmosphere was quite unique. Location has easy access to boat trips on Como and some nice restaurants within walking distance. The hotel has a nice pool area and the breakfast was really good. Can highly recommend this area of lake Como and this hotel in particular. "

"This was our family’s favourite hotel throughout our trip in Italy! The tall gentleman at reception was exceptional! He was so kind and helpful with figuring out transport to Lenno and Villa Dell Balbianello. Other staff were also courteous and friendly and we were never made to feel bad about our lack of Italian language. Location is amazing on the lake and within minutes to the Tremezzo ferry dock. Our room was spacious with plenty of room for our family of 4, and was very clean and smelled...

"Lovely hotel in a stunning location. Staff very friendly and helpful (knowledgeable about area). Good sized family room with balcony overlooking the Lake. Nice swimming pool and bar area. Restaurant good. Would definitely recommend."

"Very nice place to stay and overlook the beautiful lake and mountains. Close to shops and restaurants too. We got a formal tour upon arrival and the family that owned that apartment was very kind. 2 bedrooms and one bathroom with a living room, laundry, and terrace."

"Our family of 3 had a great time staying at the property. The only issue was the Wi-Fi, it was very weak and dropped constantly. Besides that, other things were nice. It’s close to water taxi, as well as ferry to Bellagio/Verrana (10 mins walk to your left), ferry to Como & bus are few step on the right. Would stay here again. "
