Exclusive apartment with lake view & lake access on Lake Ossiach

Apartment with wonderful lake view, 2 bedrooms, sleeps 3 - 4 people, (a 4th Person could spend the night on a sofa bed or an extra bed), 1x beautiful bathroom with shower and sink and 1x guest toilet.

The quiet, comfortable and fully equipped lake apartment can accommodate up to max. four people with a wonderful view of Lake Ossiach. (Additional people on request)
The modern and cozy apartment is located in a house with a total of 4 apartments and has a large bedroom + TV, a large living room + TV, an additional bedroom with a single bed, a modern kitchen (including dishwasher, coffee machine, washing machine, etc.) and a bathroom with shower. Two beautiful large terraces complete the ambience.

From the living room you can see the Ossiacher See and the mountains.
From the bedroom you have a view of the Gerlitzen Alm.
A washer and dryer are also available.
You can use free WiFi in the apartment, 2x satellite TV, DVD player and much more.

A very special "BonBon" is the in-house diving school.
You can also rent bicycles to explore the Ossiacher See by bike.

All fine accomodation wise, but

Hello, I have 2 points. The 1st is that it should be easier to get all info in EN. Perhaps a check box somewere on web ? 2nd - most info related to this property is about the main interrest - the diving. None about the winter season. It would be enough to mention the Gerlitzen web I guess. Anyway - the host was always responsive and helpful and we were able to communicate in EN which was great. Overall we were really happy with the stay.Kind regardsJaroslav

Wundervoll

Bereits zum dritten Mal waren wir zu Besuch und wie jedes Mal begeistert. Eine schöne gepflegte Wohnung in der man, direkt am Ossiacher See, entspannen kann. Der Blick aus fast jedem Zimmer auf den See und die Berge ist wunderschön. Der direkte Zugang zum See mit privatem Badesteg einzigartig.

Sehr schön, nur das Kinderzimmer konnte man etwas umgestalten, den Schreibtisch haben wir nicht gebraucht, dass Schrankbett gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Bahnlinie direkt hinter dem Haus ist in den ersten 2 Tagen gewöhnungsbedürftig, dann ging es. Tolle Balkonien, Baden jederzeit im See möglich!

Baden und Berge am Ossiacher See

Eine sehr schöne Gegend zum Berg wandern, radln und baden oder a. Wassersportarten. Sehr schöne komfortable große Wohnung im 1. Stock mit großer Terrasse und 2 Balkonen. Direkte Nähe und auch Zugang zum See. Absolut netter, unkomplizierter Umgang mit der guten Seele des Hauses. Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort, allerdings etwas entfernt, aber ist kein Problem.

Schöner ferienaufenthalt

Traumhafter Blick auf den See und die Berge. Straße und Bahn haben uns nicht gestört. Unkomplizierter Kontakt mit VerWalter. Schöne Ausstattung. Die Mikrowelle ist ein Minigrill. Alles in allem empfehlenswert!

Alles super, wenn das Schlafzimmer zum See raus wäre, gäbe es 5 Sterne! Bei offenen Fenster ist die Bahnlinie und die Straße leider störend!

Eine Wohnung mit Höhen und Tiefen

Die Wohnung war ok, die Lage sehr sehr schön, was den Blick auf den See anbelangt. Grosser Wertmutstropfen war die Lage direkt an einer Bahnlinie (höchstens 10 Meter vor dem Schlafzimmer) Tagsüber, aber auch nachts donnerten die Züge - auch Güterzüge - an dem Wohnhaus vorbei. Nicht zu erwähnen, was die Ossiacher Str. anbelangt, die auch direkt vor dem Schlafzimmer lag. Wir verstehen nicht, wieso das noch kein einziges Mal bei der Bewertung der Wohnung erwähnt wurde. Wie gesagt die Wohnung ist ok, bei uns war sie leider nicht ganz sauber (Fussboden), die Küche bot alles, was man für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt, leider müsste auch der Kühlschrank nachjustiert werden, er schloss nicht richtig. Wegen der Lautstärke der Züge und der Autos werden können wir diese Wohnung nicht empfehlen - wegen der tollen Aussicht auf den See schon. Sorry, lieber Vermieter

Sehr Schöne Wohnung. Tolle Lage.

Wir waren Ende August bis Anfang September 2023 in dem Apartment. Es war bereits unser zweiter Aufenthalt. Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet, sehr schön gelegen und wird von Walter super betreut. Jederzeit wieder!

Urlaub an einem wunderbaren Platz

Wir hatten die vorangehenden Bewertungen gelesen und uns aufgrund derer für die Wohnung entschieden. Und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, komfortabel eingerichtet und man hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf den See. Zu jeder Tageszeit findet man auf dem Balkon, welchen wir mit Vorliebe genutzt haben, ein Sonnenplätzchen. Walter, der Hausmeister, war super hilfsbereit und hatte immer ein nettes Wort auf den Lippen. Es gab einen Parkplatz hinter dem Haus, einen privaten Badesteg und rund um Annenheim eine Menge zu entdecken. Wir hatten Urlaub an einem wunderbaren Platz und kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Sehr schöne Ferien am Ossiacher See

Wir haben zu dritt eine tolle Woche in dieser wirklich schönen Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist hochwertig ausgestattet und es war alles da was wir brauchten. Die Terrasse und der Balkon sind groß und haben einen direkten tollen Blick auf den See. Es gibt sogar einen eigenen kleinen Seezugang, nur einmal über die Straße, da lohnt es sich auch nur mal kurz in den See zu springen... Kurz und gut: eine tolle Woche in einer tollen Wohnung an einem schönen See!

Ferienwohnung mit Seeblick

Wir haben eine herrliche Woche am Ossiacher See verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr großzügig. Der Balkon und die Terrasse mit Blick auf den See sind traumhaft. Auch der kleine Seezugang vorm Haus bot die entsprechende Abkühlung bei den heißen Temperaturen. Hinterm Haus kann man der Seilbahn zur Gerlitzer Alpe zuschauen. Die Schiffsanlegestelle ist auch fast unnittelbar vor der Haustür. Das Auto parkte im Carport. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage

Das Apartment liegt direkt am Ossiachersee in Annenheim und ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Küche, Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer lassen nichts zu wünschen übrig. Das einzige Manko, weswegen ich auch nur 4 von 5 Sternen gegeben habe, ist das sogenannte Kinderzimmer. Leider war dieses nicht so geschmackvoll wie der Rest der Wohnung eingerichtet. Hier stand bei unserer Ankunft der Staubsauger mitten im Weg, eine Wand war mit einem zusammengeklappten Gästebett und zwei eingeklappten Wäscheständern belegt - was insgesamt einen wenig wohnlichen Eindruck hinterlassen hat. Da wir mit unserer 18jährigen Tochter angereist waren, war sie von diesem Zimmer enttäuscht. Die Lage ist perfekt - die Seilbahn Gereizter Alpe ist direkt 5 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar, ein Anlegeplatz der Ossiachersee Schifffahrt ist auch in gut 5 Minuten erreichbar, die S-Bahn in 10 Minuten und alle anderen Ausflugsziele sind schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir haben wunderschöne Wanderungen in der Umgebung genossen. Der Affenberg und Burg Landsberg mit der Adlerarena haben uns auch super gefallen. Mehrere Supermärkte sind sehr gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Zum Schluss möchte ich auch noch ein dickes Lob an Walter, dem Verwalter der Wohnung, aussprechen: super nett und hilfsbereit!

Wieder nur traumhaft

Genau wie im letzten Jahr war der Urlaub in diesem Jahr wieder wunderschön. Die Lage der Wohnung direkt am Ossiachersee macht sie einzigartig. Jeden Morgen auf der großzügigen Terrasse mit Blick auf den See zu frühstücken ist wirklich besonders. Auch im zweiten Jahr wird die Umgebung nicht langweilig. Bei heißen Temperaturen zum wandern mit der Kanzelbahn, die nur 5 Minuten entfernt ist auf den Berg fahren und im Anschluss zur Abkühlung im See schwimmen direkt der Wohnung gegenüber. Oder einfach zur 5 Minuten entfernten Anlegestelle der Schiffe vom Ossiachersee gehen und die anderen Örtchen am See entdecken.

Erholung pur

Die Wohnung liegt am See, nah den Bahngleisen. Es ist alles in der Wohnung vor,was man benötigt. Hilfestellung bezüglich Fragen zu Ausflügen oder anderem bekamen wir von Walter, der guten Seele des Hauses. Er ist tagsüber in der Tauchschule im Haus erreichbar. Wir werden wiederkommen. Es ist eine erholsame Ecke dort, man kann herrlich entspannen und im See baden, wandern und die Wohnung liegt optimal für jegliche Aktivitäten.

Wunderschöne Lage

Tolle Wohnung mit einer sehr schönen Lage direkt am Ossiachersee. Wir hatten für 2 Personen viel Platz und von der Ausstattung her hat uns nichts gefehlt. Es könnte hier und da mal renoviert werden, aber es wird alles gut in Schuss gehalten das man überhaupt nicht meckern kann. Der Kontakt mit der Vermittlung war sehr nett und freundlich und Walter, die gute Seele des Hauses, immer sehr hilfsbereit. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und der kleine Plausch mit Walter haben den Urlaub rundum unvergesslich gemacht. Wir sind im nächsten Jahr wieder da.
