I'll be contacting the corporate offices. I am not even going to get into it here. DO NOT spend any extra on a room with a jacuzzi. Petri dish is putting it lightly.

I am so sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. Our jacuzzi tubs are clean, but I understand why you are saying what you are saying. Our tubs are in desperate need of resurfacing and paint. I will assure you that they are clean.

Overall a good stay. Biggest problem was the whirpool tub didnt look like it was cleaned at all. Very offputting. cleaned it myself so I could use it.

Went with the hot tub room and the tub was so old, chipping, and dirty looking we did not even use it. The front desk worker was super friendly and had no complaints there, but the tub needs an upgrade for sure.

We love this inn! It’s amazing and the staff are friendly. It’s also a very quiet place where you can work done and still be able to hang out with the people you love. Everything was nice. The breakfast was delicious as well. We also loved the coffee! We really enjoined our stay here!

Clean overall but the condition of a hot tub in the room is very run down. Was not worth it paying extra money for that room because didn’t use the hot tub as did not look appealing at all. However the fireplace was great. No Netflix on TV but a lot of channels. The shelf/table in elevator was great.

They had dried blood on the fitted sheet not for me. I was told they had a pool and didn’t. So I paid for another hotel 2 minutes from this place to go swimming. Very disappointed. The sheets were washed but it definitely was gross.

Would not stay there jet tube was dirty and trash was left there from the previous guest before me. I asked them if they could clean it for two days in a row and head of house keeping lied and said they did. Still have all the pictures from the room…

I apologize that we did not seem to meet your standards. As the manager, I take these statements very serious and looked into your complaints. We did in fact have ouor housekeepers return to touch up your room after you brought it to our attention. (I watched video for proof). The front desk attendant also offered to have you move to a different room, which you declined. The second day, after explaining to you that housekeeping services were offered on the 4th day of your stay, you insisted that we return to your room again, which in fact we did. Our rooms are inspected by the housekeeping manager prior to guests entering the room. We also inspect every room on a daily basis that has not rented to ensure cleanliness at all times. We take the cleanliness and sanitization of our rooms very seriously and will continue to do so.

The staff was very nice. Walking distance for breakfast/lunch/dinner. I wish the outdoor sign would be a little bigger or lit up because we drive past it at first. We would stay again.

Not what I expected
It is definitely a hotel that is running on its last days. It hasn’t been upgraded in a really long time. The furniture in the double queen bedroom was definitely over 30 years old. Rooms are extremely tiny. I could have stayed at a place that is extremely nice for $15 more this time of year. It’s an off-season but I was just looking for a place to lay my head for the night. Definitely don’t take a loved one for a night stay. On a good note, the front desk staff was good and the on the go. Breakfast was quality items.
