Average place very dated, needs some tlc to bring it back in shape. Pool was gray and hot tub was FULL of foam. Breakfast was great and staff serving was excellent.

Excellent hotel! We were here for club sports event and I am pretty sure it was sold out. However, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, it was very clean, and it was the perfect place to relax. Tge kids had plenty to do between playing in the bay, volleyball, playing in the sand, and numerous places to eat within walking distance. The room was very modern, spacious, has a kitchen, and the beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel and hope to return myself at some point!

The check-in was smooth. The young lady at the front desk was friendly ,welcoming and professional. Our room was clean, well furnished and new looking. The view of the Bay was beautiful. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were perfect. The breakfast had both hot and cold offerings that were fresh and above average. Laura, the attendant was so helpful and brought a morning smile every day. The entire property was clean and well maintained. All the staff we encountered were welcoming. Overall this was the best hotel stay we’ve had in years.

Cute little get away on the water. Enjoyed the provided breakfast, heated indoor pool and hot tub. Area is a decent distance from downtown TC and wineries. Didn’t use the shuttle to the casino because I was with my kids but will next time. Definitely would stay here again.

Beautiful stay the staff was kind and you can tell they care about the guests. Breakfast had many options and fresh cookies in the lobby. It is kinda hard to get in/ out of the parking lot but overall a great stay

Staff was very efficient and kind. The room was was appointed and comfortable. I didn't like the fact the light on the balcony stayed on all night....it kept me awake. I am used to complete darkness.

The Cherry Tree Inn has one of the best staffs! Every employee from the front desk staff, maintenance crew and house keeping workers were beyond nice and friendly! The continental breakfast has a great variety. The rooms are very nice and extremely spacious. I will most definitely be recommending this hotel to everyone!! And I will also stay again with my own family!

Anniversary trip/overall good experience
Good all overall experience. Our room was pretty nice, great views of the bay! We did have not any hot water our last night though which was weird. Breakfast was ok, could have been better but it was free. Biggest issue was the kids in the pool area. When it was adult time pool time the kids were still there for a while so we could not really enjoy the pool or hot tub. We did really enjoy our complimentary shuttle driver, she was really nice and helpful. Overall not bad but it wasn’t our favorite.

Small indoor pool, very overcrowded hotel, small parking lot for capacity of hotel. Room was right next to the pool so it was very loud. Guest service was great, Erin was phenomenal! Beds were pretty small, queens were more like fulls. Good for business stay but not a family stay.

We've been to this hotel a few times over the past 2 years. I really appreciate the room options. The staff is always top notch. However this last trip was a mess. There was some type of party, food and stuff everywhere through the stairwell and in the elevator. Couldnt use the pool because there were 25 people in there. Mostly kids. Incredibly rough. Pushing each other, running around, fighting, trying to drown each other. It was disappointing. Shower was cold, bedroom of the suite had no heat so it was ice cold. Not enough linens for all the beds, which should never be an issue. Breakfast doesnt start until 730 so that doenst work for most peoples schedules when you have an event to be at. Not sure how i feel about coming back.

Overall it was a great stay. The staff were very friendly. The room was comfortable. Our only dilemma came our second night when someone above us decided to blast music until around 1am. I used the texting feature for assistance and i was instructed i would've been better assisted if i called the front desk. Either way we plan on going back. The view is breathtaking.

Cherry Tree Suites is a beautiful get a way. Very friendly staff and big chocolate chip cookies when you check in! We loved the breakfast, big room with view of the bay, the indoor pool and hot tub. We will be staying here again.

We have stayed here several times and always feel comfortable and relaxed. The rooms are not immaculate or brand new, but clean and comfy. The gym was a bit disappointing, but most people don't come here for that. (It was way to hot in there, it's cramped, and limited in options.) However... the lobby it freshly updated, the coffee is good, and the breakfast is great. The options are good, and the service is amazing. The lady running the breakfast makes the whole experience at the Cherry Tree worth writing this review. (I believe her name is Lori or Lora) She made us feel welcome and cared for!
