Hiking, hunting, snowshoeing, mountain biking, and cross country skiing are all steps away. The property has its own gate that accesses 25+ miles of cleared power line state land. Located fifteen minutes South of Traverse City and all that downtown has to offer.

The property owner is an accomplished woodworker and creates beautiful furniture, cutting boards, and charcuterie boards that are available for sale.

Perfect Traverse City location
Just 10 minutes from downtown Traverse City. Perfect backyard to sit and relax! Excellent size for a friends weekend get-away! …..must like taxidermy animals!
