"If you need a hotel on Koh Chang, Sylvan is your best choice! We stayed four nights and enjoyed every day of it. Make sure to book the Deluxe Beachfront room if you prefer close access to the beach and restaurant. Excellent and helpful staff. We booked a snorkel-boat and transfer to the next destination in the hotel reception. Everything went smooth. Very low tide in the afternoon/night time. Possible to walk along the beach to other restaurants without problem. "

"It's amazing that we managed to book a pool bungalow at high season (February). A beautiful

accomodation with shared pool. The woodwork (which I believe is Teak) in our bungalow was stunningly beautiful, complete with work desk, sofa futon and a living room with an awesome flat screen TV. "Perfect stay! This hotel is modern, yet has a personal touch. Its comparable to other best boutique hotels I stayed around the world. The only things I would consider is giving lighter duvet, and changing orange watermelon at breakfast. Three huge swimming pools. Close to restaurants and shops. Gorgeous sunset. Not suitable for beach walkers as the beach is tiny but access to sea is without problems. The service is very warm and friendly. "
