"We had read previous comments about the service or the owner’s attitude at this hotel, but our experience was entirely different. It’s important to remember that this is a small business run by a couple, and sometimes reviews don’t reflect the full picture. We stayed here for a week and found everything to our liking. The atmosphere was warm, the accommodation super comfortable, and the setting ideal for a relaxing stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will certainly be returning."

I used this as a stopover, close to European space centre and on the way to Disneyland Paris, but it's so much more than a stopover and I'm eager to return and use it as a base for canoeing the beautiful Semois valley. "We were warmly greeted and farewelled by the staff. The hotel is rustic, clean and comfortable. Great location walking distance to all the main sites, restaurants and bars. Street parking was easy, but we were in the off season. Rooms were clean, on the smaller size, but not uncomfortable. No tea/coffee facilities. For any poor comments the location and the ambience of the hotel and village overcame the small issues. Great stay and would recommend."
