"My wife and I stayed for one night awesome decor, beautiful rooms, friendly staff the only issue I we had when we got to the room. They’re very small. There’s no place to put your luggage. There’s only one desk with a chair. There is absolutely no place for luggage. It would all have to go on the floor. Don’t get me wrong with the place is beautiful. It just wasn’t for us. It’s too small for a big price when you have suitcases backpacks there’s just no room. And another thing they don’t tell you is there is a new $30 add-on when you get there I did not see it. They said it was there It was lodging. There was no pen and paper in the room. But the location was great. The building was beautiful. The rooms were beautiful. Just depends on how much room you need for two people."

"The rooms were quiet and clean every day. Front desk staff in the evening is very friendly and attentive. Not the typical breakfast from most hotels but it was good options of breakfast. Hot coffee, water and tea all day in the lobby is a plus! We had an issue with our safe at first due to batteries but the staff quickly resolved the issue. We felt safe in the area and had a subway stop very very close. We would def stay here again!"

"It was clean and beautiful. The staff was so friendly and chill. This hotel is a great intro to the kindness of real New Yorkers. The king room was spacious. And I can’t believe the view. My wonky complaint is that there are too many snack options in the room and the prices of those things are silly."

"Muy bien el lugar es tal cual las fotos las puertas son un poco difíciles de abrir y con un cuarto tan pequeño se agradecería que se mejorara un poco eso, las chicas de recepción unas muy amables y con un trato espectacular otras no tanto, pero nada grave en general muy bien. La ubicación me parece excelente y esta muy bien en relación calidad precio. Habitaciones pequeñas justas para lo necesario."
