A complete and utter five-star hotel experience. A small, 10-room hotel overlooking the sea, the old city, and an immense gorgeous old church. Everything — from check-in to our gorgeous room to the melt-in-your-mouth butter cookies they put out in an adorable lounge to the extraordinary breakfast — was superb. Brava! Bravo!

This hotel is amazing - location, reception, room size, decor, relax room, breakfast, etc. We cannot give a perfect score, however, because our room smelled of smoking. We tried to open the windows after check in, but it did not help. If we could do it over, we would have requested another room immediately. That room needs a deep cleaning to remove the cigarette smells. I hope they will do it.

Gorgeous hotel 🏨
This hotel is absolutely stunning! Amazing location! Clean, well appointed rooms. Great customer service. Highly recommend. We happened to be there for the night of the Trani annual summer festival and fireworks. Such a fabulous day evening with views of fireworks from our balcony.

This is a gorgeous hotel, beautifully appointed, with the best possible possible location in Trani. Look out on the cathedral in one direction and the bay and the port in the others. Incredibly beautiful views. The staff are also extremely polite, helpful, and available.

Struttura fantastica, ben arredata e progettata, situata a pochissimi metri dalla Cattedrale di Trani. La nostra stanza (junior suite) aveva una vista stupenda sulla stessa chiesa e sul mare dietro di essa ed il soggiorno, seppur di una notte, è stato gradevolissimo. Buona la colazione, gentile il personale. Unica pecca è stata la comunicazione poco chiara riguardo il parcheggio "incluso" durante la fase di prenotazione. Una vs collaboratrice, infatti, poco prima dell'arrivo, al telefono, mi ha parlato di parcheggio recintato in area residenziale con ticket offerto dall'hotel, mentre al nostro arrivo ho scoperto altre due soluzioni esclusivamente a nostre spese. Per carità, il parcheggio da noi scelto, in area pubblica ci è costato pochi euro ed era effettivamente a due passi dalla struttura, ma sarebbe meglio essere più chiari e coerenti nelle comunicazioni, perché queste piccole disattenzioni potrebbero mettere in cattiva luce tutto l'ottimo lavoro che c'è! Ad ogni modo, ci tornerei volentieri e faccio i miei più sentiti complimenti per la gestione della struttura!

Das Hotel liegt hervorragend mit Meeres/Hafenblick gegenüber des bemerkenswerten Doms. Der Hafen mit seinen vielen Restaurants ist fußläufig in direkter Nähe. Leider weiß die Hotelleitung aber anscheinend nicht genau, ob man vorrangig eine "Clubdiskothek" oder ein Hotel sein will. An unseren beiden Aufenthaltstagen gab es im Hotelrestaurant unter der einzigen Hotelzimmeretage jeweils eine Party mit vielen Gästen und lauter Musik. Am ersten Tag bis 1 Uhr, am zweiten Tag bis 2 Uhr mit anschließenden Lärm von Gästen auf der Terrasse genau vor/unter unserem Raum bis nach 3 Uhr. Beim Einchecken wurden wir nur auf die Party am ersten Abend hingewiesen. Die Frage nach einem ruhigeren Zimmer, wurde damit beantwortet, dass es überall gleich laut werde. Für die zweite Nacht stimmte das wegen des Lärms auf der Terrasse nicht. Im übrigen hatte die Ausstattung unseres sauberen Zimmers einige altersmäßige Abnutzungsspuren. Eine Hotelbar, in der man den nächtlichen Lärm eventuell hätte besser überstehen können fehlte, das Restaurant war ohnehin wegen der Parties nicht nutzbar (da gab es aber sehr viele andere Möglichkeiten in der Nähe). Auch wenn man sich beim Auschecken wegen des Lärms bei uns entschuldigte: So geht das gar nicht für ein Vier-Sterne-Hotel!

Bäst i Trani?
Fantastiskt litet hotel vid katedralen. Vi bodde i en minisvit med fönster åt två håll - utsikt mot torget vid katedralen och mot havet. Nära ner till hamnpromenaden och restaurangkvarter, men samtidigt lugnt läge. Rekommenderas varmt!

Die Lage ist einzigartig. Direkt neben dem Dom. Der Weg zum Hafen ist sehr kurz. Man ist eigentlich mitten drin. Ein wunderschöner Blick aufs Meer und auf das Castel. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und zweckmäßig. Die Rezeption ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rund rum wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen wieder.
