"The shower didn't work. No way was I going to take a bath. Shame on you. Towels were like sandpaper. No paper or plastic cups at bathroom sink; I dropped a glass in the sink,and it broke. Better lighting for reading at couch. Disappointing "

"I don’t understand the decent ratings for this place. I got there and there were no luggage carts in existence (I don’t believe they were just being used, I left at 6 am and there were none then either). The room itself was ok, but the vinyl flooring needed to be mopped, my feet got dirty from walking around barefoot. There was no shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom and no hair dryer either (although I was able to get one from the front desk). Bed sucked, it was hard and lumpy. The morning I was leaving, I went to get ice. Ice machine didn’t work either. I wouldn’t stay here again."

"The air conditioning in our suite did not work (room 320). It was almost 80 degrees in the room."

"Amazing customer service. We were able to check in early. We also had an incident where my diamond earring came out and went down the bathroom sink drain. Maintenance came immediately and was able to retrieve the earring. It has extreme sentimental value as it is from my late grandmother’s wedding ring and was given to me as a gift on my wedding 28 years ago. Maintenance was very kind, attentive and empathetic. I am forever grateful!!"
