"Awesome customer service! We arrived before 3 pm check-in, hoping to rest before our meeting started at 2:30 pm. The kind man at the reception desk was able to help us out at no extra charge. The room was clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The continental breakfast was better than the norm as it offered small breakfast sandwiches and burritos to heat up. The location was just minutes away from shopping and restuarants. We will stay there again."
