"We stayed here for 1 night and could not fault it.
Staff were super friendly and helpful.
The meal we had at the restaurant was 10/10, excellent presentation and so tasty.
Erinn particularly gave excellent customer service, was warm and genuinely friendly and a real credit to the hotel.
The rooms were very clean and the bed was so comfortable.
The hotel is near the town and is dog friendly which is one of the reasons we chose it.
We are so glad we booked here and would highly recommend and would most certainly stay again next time we’re in Stornoway.
Thank you and keep up the amazing work."

CLIFF COTTAGE, 3 bedroom hebridean accommodation by Uig's Cliff Beach!
10/10 Excellent
"Lovely homely house in perfect location. Very much appreciated the welcome from Marie who had the wood burning stove lit for us when we arrive about 11pm. Peaceful and quiet with daily sighting of a golden eagle from the garden. Would highly recommend Cliff Cottage. Thank you Marie"
"I found this hotel, friendly, welcoming, comfortable and clean. Breakfast gave plenty of choice including beautiful fresh fruit, all the British Breakfast components , yoghourts and cereals. The food for dinner consisted of two choices, a hot buffet or menu. The buffet choices were absolutely lovely, plenty to choose from and the menu was fun. Seafood skewer was of particular note! It is close to the ferry terminal and handy for Stornaway. Plenty Parking too. A really good experience."
"The room was amazing. The view was spectacular. The bed was really comfortable. I can't fault the place at all. The only downside was the wifi wasn't working and the 4G was down also. This could have been due to the weather but it made communicating with the host difficult but thankfully we had everything we needed and it was only a two day stay."
