"Young Lady on Friday night 5/15/26 late was very helpful and friendly. We were originally going to stay in room 165 but key would not work on door. So went back to say keys do not work on door the clerk reconfigured keys and we went back to the door and it still would not work. So we had to go back again and this time she came back with the master and that DID NOT WORK!! So now 15 minutes passes tired irritated she goes all the way back to office to get us another set of keys to another room unfortunately up stairs. But things happen sometimes and she even offered to help with baggage. I just wanted to let someone aware of her kindness and that employees like her are hard to find and she is a GREAT ONE !!! "I always stay at this property and in less than two months I feel and noticed the difference in everything. I also asked if they change management because it was awful. This hotel was squeaky clean, happy staff, and the gave us before complimentary water. This time was no water, the floor was dirty in front of elevators and elevators as well. The gym without wipes to clean. We arrived at the hotel at 11:50pm the night before, they knock the door at 9:00am for house keeping when we were sleeping. First time that they call at the room at 11:09am for the check out. It is a noticeable change in everything, so sad for us because that was our Fayetteville place to stay when we visit our son."

"Check-in procedure was excellent. The young man from New York who checked us in was absolutely amazing. I unfortunately don’t remember his name, but his customer service was top-tier. Friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The property itself was very clean and well-kept. Parking was a little tight, but nothing major. The only issue I had was with the checkout process. Checkout was at 11:00 AM, and instead of simply calling the room as a courtesy reminder, someone knocked on the door five minutes before checkout and told us we had 15 minutes to get out or we’d be charged for another day. We were already in the process of getting our things together, so the approach just felt unnecessarily aggressive. Then, before the full 15 minutes had even passed, he came back knocking again. It just felt excessive and could have been handled in a much more professional and customer-friendly manner. Overall, good stay with excellent front desk service, but the checkout experience definitely left a sour note at the end."
