Despite reporting it on Day 1, the thermostat stayed in the mid-75s even when set to 66. The system ran constantly without cooling. We gave the management team 8 full days to fix these serious issues, but they failed to act.We ended our stay early due to the uninhabitable conditions. Both the property managers and VRBO customer service acknowledged that a refund for the unused nights would be issued. However, over 19 calendar days later, we are still waiting. We’ve received only vague references to an ongoing “review,” with no refund or explanation provided.This company shows a complete lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to uphold basic standards of cleanliness and comfort. Unless you're fine with smoke-filled units, broken A/C, and unfulfilled refund promises, stay far away from this property and this management company.Unless you are comfortable living with the smell of cigarettes and marijuana, broken A/C, and poor accountability, I strongly advise against renting this apartment or any property.
