Slip into lakeside luxury at Settle Down, a designer tiny home just steps from your own semi-private dock on the water’s edge. Surrounded by panoramic lake views, lush trees, and calm waters, this retreat is tailor-made for laid-back adventurers and comfort-seekers alike.

Inside, sunlight pours through expansive windows, illuminating a stylish kitchen, cozy living room, and spacious sleeping areas—including a king suite, private guest bedroom, lofted bunk area, and two full bathrooms.

Outside, enjoy exclusive access to kayaks, a paddleboard, and fishing gear. Roast marshmallows by the firepit, relax on the lake-facing screened porch, or sip cocktails on the open-air deck.

Settle Down is the perfect blend of nature, comfort, and thoughtful design—ready to welcome you home to lake time bliss.

Location!

This tiny home is ideal. It is right on the water with an incredible fire pit. Settle Down keeps the tiny home vibe but is big enough to be comfortable. We have stayed here 3 times so far and I am sure we will return.

Great house and location

Wonderful lake view and setting. We had an extended family reunion and waters edge turned out to be great place. We are planning to come back next year. This house was exactly as pictured. Beautiful and functional.

Open and spacious with a view of the lake at Water’s Edge. We enjoyed our the weekend visiting with our daughters.

Caverns Concert Trip

My husband and I travelled to the area to see the Steeldrivers concert at the Caverns. We found this little hidden gem! I can't say enough great things about this house! It was nicely decorated! The beds were super comfortable! The community was quiet so it was very relaxing! It was also located close to our concert! Super easy to check in as well! I would highly recommend this adorable place if you want a relaxing getaway! I am definitely adding it to my list for a return visit!
