"In all honesty, I went the cheaper route. Even so, the room was clean and well kept. It had 2 double beds, cable, and great air conditioning. It sat next door to the pier, which has a great restaurant with live music on the deck. It is very easy to get to any place you want to go. The staff was friendly and helpful."

"Front rooms and bathrooms looked good. Both bathrooms had a patch on the wall near the toilet that had not been painted. One of the shower curtains had some mold. Front room and kitchen looked fantastic. A bath towel had some large stains on it. Outside needs some general maintenance, vines growing up the back of the house and lots of cobwebs (both to be expected in this area). Overall the stay was very nice. There were beach chairs and umbrellas in the laundry room."

"My wife and I stayed here for about a week. It was absolutely awesome! This our new go to place when hit the Outerbanks! Host was great and your right next to the beach and restaurants ."

"Very nice community to be a part of for a week. My family felt very welcomed and my 10 and 3 year old loved the clean well maintained pools nearby. With 2 community pools it was nice to be able to see if one pool was less crowded. One day we had a whole pool to ourselves for hours! The location was perfect, with sound side and ocean side beaches less than 5 mins away by car and plenty of touristy things in the area too. The house was nice and well maintained and accurate to the pictures."

"Overall good place to stay! One of the bath tubs was missing a plug which was a little inconvenient for putting kids in the bath, the bedroom we used had some dust bunnies in the corners and the dresser kept sticking, no major issues though. It also got hot at night, everyone we stayed with woke up sweating and checking on the thermostat so recommend bringing a fan. But it had great access to the beach was at great location for restaurants"

"We loved our stay here. It was a little dated, but we had zero issues. The check in process and communication was wonderful! The amenities were great from the pool, kayaks, and paddle boards. The view was wonderful & felt very safe."

"Location location location. Uncrowded beaches. Ocean just over the dunes. Close to seafood & shops and away from the bypass. This place is perfectly located for everything you need within reach. Kitchen utensils and a few dishes were not clean, probably due to previous guests, however we just washed everything through the dishwasher when we arrived. We would definitely stay here again."
