"My family and I stayed at this property and really enjoyed ourselves. I think our favorite parts of our stay were the screened in porch and the hassle free walk to the beach. Unfortunately one of our days got rained out but we felt safe and comfortable inside of the house. "

"Great little beach house! Clean and comfy in a great location. Very convenient to beach access and the fishing pier. Despite being centrally located it was quiet inside. Sitting on the front porch somehow felt private while we watched people coming and going from the beach. Nice and shady in the afternoon. We would definitely recommend. Nothing fancy but really perfect for a little true KDH / OBX experience. "

"The cottage was very comfortable and cozy! We enjoyed the porch every morning and evening. The outdoor shower was amazing! The sunrises were beautiful each morning! We loved are stay in this adorable cottage!"
"We rented Sand Pebble for our family gathering. Our 3 children and all our grandchildren...A total of 20 of us.Several 20 year old and a 9 and a 12 year old.The house and it's location offered something for all of us.Great beach access and the pool was large and very nice.The kitchen was well equipped and plenty of seating for us all.It's a short distance to most anything you would want or need.The property management was very good in communication and very prompt and courteous taking care of a couple minor issues for us.After our second installment we were told that no personnel items were supplied....They really mean it! One roll of toilet paper and paper towel...no soap, for 20 people who converged on the house after long road trips.......Our only suggestion would be that at 3000/night at least one roll of toilet paper and a hotel size soap in each bathroom would not be too much to supply for a starter.Just be sure you come with your supplies. We had our paper products but were short on soap.We all loved the house and would highly recommend it for any family or large group."
