The staff was friendly and helpful. Nice, clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent location in Trabzon, close distance to restaurants, cafes and the airport. Good Wi-Fi connection. Highly recommended.

Very bad treatment and liars

When I arrived at the hotel, all the apartments were full, and they claimed that the reservation was canceled by Hotels.com, and he provided another apartment in another building, and it was very bad, unclean, and less than the value of the money paid. I contacted Hotels.com and they assured me that the reservation is valid and has not been canceled by them. I do not recommend them for their lies and non-fulfillment of the reservation.
