Amazing hotel with city center location

It's a great hotel if you want to stay close to the city center of trabzon (near meydan) the staff is friendly and the room was nice, clean and comfortable. One thing that i would like to point out is that the breakfast is a not thaat great (i mean if you pay 1€ extra that's normal) but the hotel is worth every penny we paid, will rebook if we ever visited trabzon again.

Deryaman Hotel Trabzon is a great hotel to stay in Trabzon. It is within short walking distance (5 min max) to Trabzon Centre and Meydan; where there are numerous options to shop and dine (breakfast to late night dinner). Deryaman Hotel Trabzon is a nice and clean hotel. I intially booked for 2 nights, thinking I may like to stay elsewhere for my remaining 3 nights at Trabzon. However, upon my first night stay at the hotel and checking the surroundings, I immediately decided to extend my stay at Deryaman Hotel. Staff are great and helpful. I highly recommend Deryaman Hotel Trabzon.

Beklentinin Altında Bir Konaklama Otelin genel konforu ve hizmet kalitesi ne yazık ki yetersizdi. Duvarlar çok ince; yan ve üst odalardan gelen sesler net şekilde duyuluyor. Yan odadan ayıran kilitli kapı bile güvenli hissettirmiyor. Oda camı kilitli şekilde açık kalıyor, kapanmıyor; bu da büyük ihtimalle banyodaki yoğun rutubetten kaynaklı. Mini bar yok ama odadaki eski tip buzdolabı gece boyunca yüksek ses çıkarıyor. Temizlik konusunda ciddi eksiklikler vardı: Oda silinmemiş, terlik bırakılmadığı için beyaz çoraplarım kirlendi. Banyodaki bazı havlular yırtıktı, klozet kapağı uyumsuzdu, duşakabinde küf vardı. Lavabonun çevresi kireç lekeleriyle doluydu. Şampuan ya da sabun koymak için raf yoktu. Banyodaki rutubet kokusunu bastırmak için açık bırakılmış şampuan şişeleri vardı. Fön makinesi ise oldukça eski ve yetersizdi. Girişte, daha önce ödeme yapmış olmama rağmen yapılmadığı iddiasıyla uğraştırıldım. Banka uygulamamdan kanıt gösterince sistemden kontrol edilip hatalarını fark ettiler, ancak sadece kuru bir özürle geçiştirildim. Odada sadece kırık bir çöp kovası vardı. Sadece seccade bulunmasını ve oteldeki yerel sanatçı tablolarını olumlu detaylar olarak gördüm. Genel olarak, bu konaklama beklentilerimi karşılamadı ve bir daha tercih etmeyi düşünmüyorum.
