"Lovely rooms and hotel. The bathroom was small. The transfer from train station to hotel which hotel arranged was excessive cost for the 5 minute drive. All staff were friendly and accommodating."

"The property and its views were amazing. Transportation getting to the resort from the airport was expensive. Expedia organized our flight from Toronto to Sicily requiring a ferry to cross then organize a shuttle at the harbour to the resort. This would have added hours and substantial cost to get to the resort. We reorganized so we flew from Toronto to Rome then Rome to Palermo reserving a shuttle at our expense to get to the resort."
