"My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights as part of our honeymoon and really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and a great experience staging in a traditional ryokan. The staff was helpful and very attentive to our needs, and they included tea and Japanese sweets upon arrival. "The western room was large & spacious, however the decor and amenities are quite dated (tv, towels, etc.). Nonetheless we did have everything we needed during our stay. Unfortunately as I have tattoos, I was unable to use any of their bathing areas but was able to once in the centre of town at other onsen locations (make sure you check first!)."
