Check out was smooth and good. I was able to check out early and was given a refund with a small cancelation feel. I mistakenly reserved a smoking room which was my mistake but I was unable to change the room due to no vacancies. Amenities were very good and the room was comfortable for the price. It was conveniently located and near the main station.

Worst hotel stay ever. No water provided. Exceptionally early check out time. Wrongly advertises itself as 3 star hotel. Cramped reception area also used as storage room. Terrible experience

駅からの立地はよく、部屋も満足だったが、サービス面で少し不満あり。 ①チェックアウト後の荷物預かりが不可のため、コインロッカーに預ける必要があること。 ②予期せぬ雨が降ったため、傘を借りたかったが、貸し出し用の傘がないこと。 ③エレベーターを降りて、若い男性スタッフと目が合ったが、見て見ぬふりをされたこと。他のスタッフの方々は気持ちよく挨拶をしてくださったので、残念だった。

提携の駐車場がないので近隣の駐車場が満車だとホテルまで結構歩く。時期にもよるだろうが休日前は特にひい。部屋は清掃がされているが、ベッドカバーのシミが目立つ。価格的には満足できる。

部屋の広さは満足ですが、スーツケースを広げる台がなかったのがとても残念です。部屋の床に置くのは抵抗があるので小さな椅子の上にスーツケースを広げましたが、そうすると腰掛けるところがベットしかなくくつろぐ場所がありませんでした。 一方で部屋にレンジがあったので翌日の朝食はコンビニで買ったものを温めることが出来て便利に感じました。
