Great view pity about the rest.

The overall condition of the house made for an uncomfortable stay. In the process of doing an email outlining the issues. We would have moved elsewhere but being Christmas it would have been difficult finding somewhere for a large group of people.

Family getaway

Our family had a wedding in Townsville. There was 7 of us. The photos don't do the house justice. There was heaps of room, without being on top of each other. Ample areas to sit and dine and hang out, and areas where you can do your own thing. Had everything we needed and more. Wonderful views, front and back. Huge thanks to the owner for doing a Holiday Rental. As there are not many 6 bedroom houses around to allow extended families to hang out together. Many thanks to all involved.

Great view, great place.

Wonderful stay. Beautifully presented. Needed to contact the property manager, he was very positive and receptive and responsive. You won’t be disappointed!!!

Perfect

I stayed here while relocating from interstate. I found everything about this property stunning. The master bedroom is extremely comfortable from the linen to the comfort of the bed. I have already recommended this property for overflow of friends and family that come to visit.

Amazing

From the minute we opened the door, the home was everything the online post said. We were a group of 8 in Townsville for a family wedding. The home was beautifully presented, clean and spacious. Everyone had their own space if they wanted to be on there own; through to plenty of living spaces both inside and out for family time/get togethers... 10 /10!!!

Beautiful house and view, enjoyed our stay, close to shops, owner quite responsive

When arranging an early check in of 1pm, we arrived at 1.30pm and the cleaner was a little rude and said we shouldnt be here before 2pm, the house was not properly cleaned by 2pm, lawns we're not maintained, floors were not cleaned properly, outside bins had maggots, ciggerette trays were full, two of the double beds were wonkey and not bolted together properly, there was big black marks along walls near stairs, there was no sugar or milk for coffee, and we also couldnt get Netflix to work in downstairs media room. Other than the cleaning/maintenance issues we enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if these things were improved.

The best house I have stayed in

This place is fantastic! The entire stay was delightful. The house is minutes away from a brand new Coles and other specialty shops the pub is not far away either! The beauty of this place is its quietness especially when we needed an enclave to recharge or relax in the evenings. Being near the Ocean, means you can go for a nice stroll on the beach and the view is breathtaking. The house was clean and well stocked with utensils for cooking and dining. We were also happy to have fresh towels and a set of toiletries to freshen up after a long flight. The owners were responsive and helpful and gave a detailed brief on our arrival. We were grateful that someone checked out early and we could check in earlier before the official time. All in all, it was the best accommodation ever with splendid views in a superb location it is a little out of town but this suited us. Loved the owners’ hospitality as well as the amazing home more of a mansion! The pool table got a good work out too. It is highly recommended!

Amazing!!

From the moment we walked into this amazing home we were wowed! High ceilings, stone and granite benchtops, pool table you name it this house had it. Loved having a BBQ on the massive decking over looking the breath taking ocean views. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay here whilst in town for a wedding. Great location, nice and clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. Check in was incredibly easy and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the upstairs deck.

Top maintenance and friendly dogs

Maintenance issues and free but mandatory concert. Upon arrival we found out that the dishwasher machine was broken, you couldn't close the door. The lock of a ground level sliding door was easy to open from outside. This doesn't gave us a secure feeling. The surround sound of the homecinema was also not working. We mentioned everything to the friendly owner, Steve, and he took action right away, so all problems were solved within two days. So from our 5 nights stay we still had three to enjoy the property and area. There are 5 big dogs close by and we loved to hear them speak, was great to sit on the terrace and to listen to their communication with the neighbor dogs.

Fantastic views

This is most beautiful house I have ever stayed in with views to die for out of the hustle and bustle of city life but still hop skip and jump from the city. To sit there early in the morning and watch the sun rise while have breakfast was just breathe taking. Thank you Steve.

Perfect for large family

It is so hard to find accommodation for our large family but this house is perfect. The house is spacious with all necessary amenities even tea, coffee and washing powder. It is modern and offers Netflix in the movie room. I can not fault this house or the property manager in any way.

Awesome Stay

Beautiful property, very clean, extremely comfortable. Great views out to The Islands and easy to get to the football. We definitely will stay again.
