"Overall staffs are polite. I wanted to address the door issues. First of all we were unluckily next to the room which the people started opening and closing the door many times in between 11pm and 1am, someone coming in and out. I called the front desk. The staff was quite rude and kept saying he couldn't do anything. It was a very bad experience for me and my husband. We couldn't sleep. I found out the door was heavy and the door frame might not be good enough to absorb banging sound and vibration. "

"My third time staying at Crowne Plaza Kitchener. The staff is exceptional! They even remembered me! Always extremely professional, kind, accommodating, and patient. My upgraded room was so comfortable and clean. Aqua, the restaurant, is delicious and the wait staff is wonderful. I also used the fitness centre this visit. Was surprised at how many options for working out are available. An exercise room, pool, bowling alley, putt putt golf! I will be staying there again soon!"

"One of the best hotel stays I have had. Check in was friendly, easy and welcoming. The concierge even gave my daughter an easter toy and treats. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we were welcomed and comfortable. Very refreshing and appreciated. "

"My biggest issue with staying at the hotel was the level of noise. I came here to rest after a long day. 10 minutes after I enter my room I heard constant screams from the hallway. I opened my door and saw a bunch of kids screaming their head off and running through the corridor. I called the front desk and asked to send someone to take care of the situation. It DID NOT HELP! The running and screaming persisted. I called again and the answer I got was "I talked to them. They are running races...". I didn't realize that I rented a room on a race track. My second issue, I booked the room well in advance and asked for the highest floor of the hotel. Then called again a couple of days before and made sure that the hotel has my request. When I registered, I got the 3rd floor rather than the 4th. I was told that "this is all we have". I said I requested it well in advance, but that was not honored. That, combined with the running and screaming made me very upset."
