"We could not have had a better experience staying at Gregg's "beachhaus"! The place was exactly as advertised - clean, comfy, 5-min walk to the beach (if that). Everything needed for a beach vacation was available: towels, chairs, umbrellas, toys for the kids, and a wagon to haul it all. Gregg was super responsive to our questions and made sure we had everything we needed for a great week at the beach. The bar across the street, Mahuffer's, has live music and was a great way to wind down for the night. You're steps away from some great restaurants and a short drive to even more places to eat, breweries, mini golf, and more. We already can't wait to go back next spring break! "The house is exactly as advertised. We had 6 cars and still had room for a couple of guests to park. Just outside the house is a crosswalk and the beach public access is right there. It is a 2-minute walk to be on the sand. The kitchen is stocked with just about everything, and there is servings for 20 people. We had little ones and loved that the safety gates at the stairs are built-in and easy and quick to close or open. The pool gets shade early in the afternoon so the kids could play without getting sunburned and the shelf was great. The hot tub wasn't clean when we arrived, but it was addressed the next day. Beautiful home!"

"Small but comfy, great for our family of 4. Very clean. Has everything you need. Saw dolphins every day in the intracoastal waterway while sitting on the patio! Beach is directly across the street and there’s a tram stop right out front of you don’t want to drive. Close to everything. Would definitely consider staying here again if in the area. "

"The cottage was quaint and a relaxing spot to end our day. It was very clean and the air conditioning was great!! The location for the beach can’t be beat and there are many options for bars/restaurants not too far away. "

"Great little condo. Clean with plenty of cooking utensils and supplies, beach chairs and umbrella, cooler, beach towels and bath towels provided. There is ongoing construction that we were unaware of as the listing only showed the pool was closed for the month of February. They start at 8am and finish at 4pm. The noise can be quite loud at times throughout the day in the condo as well as on the beach. The pool is not open until after 4pm on weekdays. We would definitely book this place again for a quick getaway as it is beachside and convenient."
