Colchester Harbour - Lake Erie

This vacation home is across the street from a sandy beach, pirate ship playground, park, splash pad, basketball court, marina and restaurant overlooking the harbour. Also, several beautiful wineries are minutes away along the breathtaking shores of Lake Erie.
Anne's Retreat is walking distance of a harbour restaurant, general store with ice cream and candy, a bar and grill, a family style restaurant with great breakfast, and a beachside snack bar. The public beach is well manicured during the summer, and a hot spot for picnics, sunbathing and cooling off in the heat. This area is a bird watcher's paradise, with Hillman Marsh and Holiday Beach Conservation Area close by. Golf course is also nearby. There are fishing charters and winery tours available. We are surrounded by many beautiful wineries.

Located in the village of Colchester on the shores of Lake Erie - just 35 minutes from Windsor and 45 minutes to Detroit, Michigan. We are just West of Kingsville, and Leamington.

2 Bedroom, 3 Bath, 3 beds (one king in master, one queen in guest room, a king daybed in downstairs living room), 1800 square foot home, 2 storey, modern open floor layout, all ceramic floors.

Accommodates 6 people.

Discover the local wineries, countryside, Lake Erie, Point Pelee National Park, and Pelee Island. Enjoy walking, biking, boating, fishing, bird watching, swimming, splashpadding, or playing at the pirate ship playground.

This is an ideal peaceful setting for a romantic or friends getaway, and a great place for families.

A convenient location - easy to find - County Road 50 - just 8 minutes South of Holiday Beach Conservation Area. 20 minutes south of Amherstburg.

The house was fantastic ,we were there for a family reunion,I being the matriarch of the family ,I had a lot of day time visitors ,and it worked out fine ,I would recommend this house to anyone ,loved it
