"This little house was perfect for my daughter and I, and our little pup. It was very clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The short walk to the beach at the end is the road was perfect, such a beautiful spot. The distance from Provincetown was also perfect, easy to get to town and easy to come back to the quiet neighborhood at the end of the day. Would highly recommend!"

"Loved this location, and the cottage itself. This was my first Vrbo, and I was unaware that I should have brought toilet paper, potholders, trash bags, and blankets. When I reached out to the host for these items, they told me that toilet paper was my responsibility. However, they would provide potholders blankets and trash bags through multiple text conversations over three days. They never came through with any of these items. We stayed in October, and there were cool nights and only had a sheet and an extremely thin quilt. I made dinner one night only to discover there were no potholders to take dinner out of the oven. I went and bought trash bags but did not go out and buy blankets because I was told they were coming although the owner has a wonderful place, I asked the rental company on multiple occasions for assistance, and they just kept apologizing for my inconvenience and never came through with anything. I would definitely advocate to stay here again, however be prepared that even with the price you have to bring your own items and still pay the full price."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a great stay at this little cottage in August! The location really can't be beat. Being able to walk right down the boardwalk to the beach in just a minute was amazing, especially without having to worry about parking. The cottage itself is definitely unique, with lots of windows, natural light, and a really cool coastal feel. We loved having coffee in the morning while looking out toward the water. It was peaceful and relaxing, but still close enough to Provincetown to enjoy the restaurants and shops whenever we wanted. The outdoor shower was also a huge plus after spending the day at the beach. It's not a huge place, but it had everything we needed for a comfortable Cape getaway. We'd happily come back!"

"I was lucky to find this house, up to 5 bedrooms (the listings are not always completely clear). It's located at the eastern end of Ptown, just it turns into Truro. Because there is a condo complex across the street (sandcastle Resort), there was a bus stop for the free Ptown shuttle right at the end of the drive. We had 4 couples and a single staying there. and we always felt comfortable. The house was clean and tidy with all appropriate necessities available. Wendy was wonderful as a host - responsive, respectful, and overall just pleasant. We definitely will consider staying in her house again in the future if we visit Ptown with a group."
