Bed and Breakfast in Towcester

"Long black hair in the bathroom sink and shower, room carpet was filthy."

"Gym / Spa not included. Bed was lumpy. Lounge music at dinner was too loud and had adverts. No PAT testing undertaken on any appliances in room, some emergency lights were requiring servicing. Dinner was ok - steak swimming in blood, broccoli had salt added, and skin on fries were no skin on as well as solid overly salted. "

"This should not be advertised as a hotel on Hotels.com as it a conference centre with some small rooms. It also doesn’t have a restaurant on site as advertised it has a canteen at best with limited options. "

"Excellent hotel in a great location. Rooms are modern and clean and the top floor bar/restaurant is fantastic with incredible views."

"Its a nice hotel, but the room where we stayed had diety bed sheets some part had blood spots or wine couldnt tell. but overall it was okay "

"Nice clean hotel throughout. Plenty of onsite parking. Friendly welcome. Clean comfy room. Food was good at both the evening meal and breakfast. "

"No Hot water on the first evening was told by the male receptionist that they would 'do something for me' but nothing appeared and then told they will get it fixed, Rang that evening as still no hot water and was told to let it run for 5 minutes but still nothing. final morning lovely hot water, no apology until I told the receptionist how frustrating it was. Room I stayed in had multiple issues including the mess on the ceiling, a broken slat in the radiator cover and a broken cover for the plughole in the shower that is quite a trip hazard"
