  • Come enjoy a unique stay in this charming house with its cave-like room equipped with a film screen, just a 10-minute walk from city centre Tours.

    Fully renovated accommodation with warm decor and high-end amenities.
    2 bedrooms (4 beds or 2 king-size beds), a sofa bed for 2 additional guests
    Highlights: outdoor relaxation area, 1 private parking space available upon request.

    Meticulously maintained and disinfected. Bed linens and bath towels provided; Wi-Fi included.
    Accommodation:
    The house is detached, but the entrance and garden are shared with the owners’ home. You’ll have a remote to open the gate. You can park one car in the owners’ yard (upon request) or use the free public car park 200 m away.
    Guest Access
    You’ll have access to the entire cottage located at the back of the garden, along with a section of the garden featuring outdoor furniture (dining and lounge areas) available for guests’ use.
    Upon request, you may park one vehicle in the owners’ private yard.

Such a cool stop on our holiday! Very comfortable and perfect location for exploring Tours by foot. We had poor weather on one of our days so decided to make the use of the movie/cave room, which the kids loved!

Excellent Property free parking and within walking distance of town.

We stayed for 3 nights before heading south. Very clean and comfortable. Free secure parking. We walked into Tours in evenings, easy flat walk across the river (10 mins). Lots of excellent resturants and bars close by. Very hot during our visit so the cave was great as it was cool. You are also close to a number of the Loire chateauxs for day trips. 10 out of 10.

A gem of house & garden in Tours!

The host was lovely and made sure our family had everything we needed to feel perfectly at home in this lovely house. We loved being able to prepare meals in the well-appointed kitchen, along with the option of dining inside or out. We also enjoyed having our morning coffee and evening beverages in the garden. And where else can you relax and watch movies in a cave?! The close proximity to the bakery and pedestrian bridge were ideal for our daily outings exploring Tours. The house is also close to a great bike shop where we rented bikes to tour the Loire and surrounding area. We highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

Fantastic home is Tours

Great space! Beautiful home with modern conveniences. The media room was fantastic to relax in a summer night. Very very charming. Tours is a great town close to many of the castles. Owner lovely and great to work with!

The apartment was much more spacious in the kitchen-dining area than the photos imply. Since we stayed here during the record-breaking heat wave, the cave-room was the perfect respite from the heat. Christine also furnished plenty of electric fans.Communication with Christine was easy and pleasant. Absolutely no complaints!

Très agréable séjour

Séjour pendant les vacances de la Toussaint. Il était très agréable de se retrouver le soir dans le salon troglodyte de la maison, avec son grand écran et son home cinéma ! La décoration est soignée, les lits confortables, et le logement est très bien équipé. L'emplacement est central (nous avons fait des châteaux, mais aussi le zoo de la Flèche et le Futuroscope).
