We had a very enjoyable time at the hotel! Check-in was smooth and welcoming. The rooms/apartments were clean and comfortable and all utilities such as the dishwasher worked without any issues. The garage was also convenient to use. There are scuffs and signs of wear throughout the hotel, but they didn't affect our enjoyment of the property. The heated outdoor pool was fantastic, and we were able to use it even when it was slightly chilly outside. When my son fell and cut himself one night, the receptionists in the lobby were quick to bring out their first aid kid which allowed us to patch him up. We were very grateful for that. The only small downside is that we weren't able to enjoy the indoor pool due to repair work. But the fact that the outdoor pool was heated really made up for that. We had a great time!

We stayed at this hotel for four days because it is advertised as a 5-star property. Unfortunately, the service was nowhere near 5-star standards. We arrived early in the morning after a long transatlantic flight. Our reservation stated that early check-in was available for an additional fee. At check-in, Sofia told us our room was occupied and that we would receive a text as soon as it was cleaned. We returned at noon and were told to come back at 2 p.m. At 2 p.m., we were told it would not be ready until 4 p.m. I explained that we were exhausted and happy to pay the early check-in fee if housekeeping could prioritize our room, but nothing was done. We were the only family waiting to check in, yet no effort was made to prepare our room earlier. Another issue was the hallway outside the rooms. The carpet was often wet from the pool area and had a strong odor that smelled like cat urine. Walking to our room was unpleasant every day. The location is excellent, and the private sauna was a highlight. Unfortunately, the poor check-in service and the terrible smell completely ruined what should have been a relaxing stay. This hotel does not provide the level of service I expect from a 5-star property.

Apartment was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Pool was wonderful and location is amazing. We were disappointed as we paid extra to have a marina view, but due to birds nesting in the balcony, it was unusable.

Anniversary break in France

The complex is perfectly situated and is an easy walk to Deauville and Trouville-sur-Mer and the restaurants of both. The decor of the property exterior was looking a little tired but contractors were on site and repainting those areas. The staff were helpful and pleasant. The pool is heated and both inside and outside aspects allowed swimming throughout our stay. Definitely a venue we will visit again as the area has everything.

Very nice accommodation. Room was clean and a good size. Again an issue with the smart TV, could not use screen mirror function. Appears to have been removed from tv. As English speaker it would have been good to watch tv at night. The staff were helpful and worked to make our staff enjoyable.

The hotel is beautiful, clean and in a very good location. Can walk to everywhere. Highly recommended. The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful but there was an issue with communication prior to check in. On hotels.com it says that check-in is from 5 to 7. That is just not true. The front desk is open for more hours than that. When we called to ask about this as we were coming in later than seven we got a person who was completely unhelpful and pretended to not know English or French. They need to correct the listing on hotels.com.

This property was a truly pleasant experience. The price was extremely competitive for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with full living room, dining room and kitchen. This building was completely remodeled with modern finishes and central air conditioning in all the living areas. We were there just last week during a heat wave with record temperatures in France and AC was such a blessing. We were told at check in that not all the buildings have AC so we were thrilled that ours did. The kids enjoyed the pool very much. The location is also excellent and walking distance to the beach, city center and the Deauville train station. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with this hotel and would recommend with confidence.

Nice stay with family

We stayed in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment. The kitchen was well equipped and we made several meals there, including breakfast. The pool facilities were good even with a bit colder weather. The location and parking are convenient.

Great apartment and complex. Has everything you need! Pool is good too. Great location, nice walk along harbour into Deauville and beach. Would thoroughly recommend this place.

We stayed 2 nights and we were so pleasantly surprised by the large space of our room and the cleanliness. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property is absolutely beautiful and a walking distance to the train station. We loved it!

Nice and spacey apartment

Very nice apartment - very spacey for 3 persons. Nice area with many restaurants, bakeries etc. nearby. Parking in basement agains extra fee. Nice pool area with connecting indoor and outdoor pool. Only issue was lack of information about the placing of the apartment when we arrived.

We felt that facilities and engagement of staff were poor for a 5 star property. We stayed 10 days and the property was not cleaned for the duration. Not worth the money.

The front desk needs training; not much information is shared, also, we were asked three times if we had children at the time of check-in without any apparent reason in a suspicious manner like if we were trying to sneak in children; once would have been enough, the front desk person should have seen that the question was not well received by my wife for very sensitive personal reason. Total absence of EQ.
