Large, modern rental house with all mod cons in Mauzac, Haute Garonne

This modern two-storey house features a swimming pool, five bedrooms with high quality sleeping arrangement, three WC, a bathroom and two shower rooms. There is also a large and very convivial 70-sq.m living room with an open plan equipped kitchen. Enjoy the TV (orange) and Wi-Fi. It can accommodate two or three families (11 or 12 people). It offers a 3000-m field with big terraces (80-sq.m) and a large round heated swimming pool (80-sq.m / alarm). It is located in a quiet area, with a beautiful unobstructed view. It is 2 km away from the centre of Mauzac village. You will find a restaurant and a tennis court. The Garonne is close. Enjoy walks in woods, the countryside, many visits and activities in the region for one day or half a day. Toulouse is 30 minutes away, Foix is 45 minutes away, the village Gaulois is 45 minutes away, Albi is 1 hour away, Cordes, Auch.

Great location, great pool, unique home, helpful check-in staff to assist
The house itself is a 30 minute walk / 10 minute drive from the heart of Mauzac. Which is a quiet little village with a cute restaurant and a small shop where you can get essentials. I would describe the house as bizarre in that none of the bathrooms have toilets in them - these are separate. The toilets themselves have no sinks so you still have to go to two bathrooms to wash your hands. One room has toilet in it behind a curtain. The kitchen is well stocked on equipment and is clean and modern with an excellent fridge. If you were thinking of taking families i would be worried about the amount of glass tables and slippy floors if even a tiny bit wet. Some of the floors are uneven and the stairs aren’t that easy for children. Personally I don’t think the house is convenient for young children at all. The pool was absolutely amazing - clean, had a good cover, but the hot tub smelled terrible and I would think needed a complete clean and sanitise. The water smelled of stagnant water. WiFi was good, and Phillipe who checked us in was helpful, friendly and thorough.

Deux excellentes semaines passées cet été. La maison est très agréable et vaste, idéale pour deux grandes familles avec ados (et un chien). Belle piscine et grand jacuzzi. Bibliothèque très bien fournie. Com facile avec le propriétaire.

Nous y avons séjourné pour les vacances de Pâques avec enfants et petits enfants, juste au top , nous avons bien profité du Jaccuzi c'était extra, dommage pour la piscine qui est super spacieuse mais vu le peu d'ensoleillement nous n'avons pu en profiter... à 1/2 de Toulouse, parfait pour visiter et emplacement en pleine campagne, génial

Maison originale dans sa conception, très agréable. un bel espace de vie, un extérieur bien équipé. Besoin d'un sérieux coup de rafraichissement, intérieur comme extérieur. Sans ce sentiment de laisser aller, la villa serait superbe.

Un séjour dépaysant
Nous avons passé un excellent weekend entre amis, et avons profité au maximum de la superbe piscine et du barbecue. Chaque pièce de la maison est très grande et spacieuse, et en plus climatisé. La table de ping-pong et la baby-foot nous ont également donné beaucoup de moments de rires. Malheureusement, le jaccuzi a présenté un dysfonctionnement électrique qui nous a empêché d'en profiter tout le long du week-end. Cependant, la réactivité et la compréhension de la conciergerie et du propriétaire se sont révélés efficaces pour essayer de réparer le problème, et nous avons été finalement remboursés des frais du SPA. Je recommande vivement cette location si vous souhaitez passer de très bon moments avec de la famille ou des amis.

belle propriété mais manque d'entretien
La maison est belle et bien conçue. avec un grand espace de vie commune, mais le ménage laisse vraiment à désirer : hotte de la cuisine grasse, toiles d'araignées dans toute la maison, punaises et coccinelles mortes derrière les rideaux de la mezzanine, jardin, piscine et tour du jacuzzi plein de feuilles mortes (c'était l'hiver mais une vue sur une piscine entretenue aurait été appréciable). La table de ping-pong et le baby-foot sont dans un garage non attenant difficilement accessible. Autant dire qu'il n'y en a pas (c'était malheureusement un critère majeur de notre sélection). Enfin, il n'y a pas d'accueil à l'arrivée. Les indications pour trouver les clefs étaient erronées, et surtout des subtilités de la maison mériteraient d'être expliquées (fonctionnement des douches notamment). En résumé, notre séjour s'est bien passé, le gérant est très disponible, mais le prix pratiqué est excessif au vu des prestations réelles.

Grande maison mais vieillissante…
Pour passer un week end entre amis cette maison a de grosses capacités. Nombreuse chambres et salle de bain et la cuisine est très bien équipée. Dommage cette maison magnifique manque d’entretien. Le jacuzzi est très grand et le piscine très sympa.

Grande maison agréable
Séjour agréable dans une grande maison , mais déçus par l'ameublement un peu vieillot et mauvaise literie, il conviendrait de renouveller les matelas. Jardin peu entretenu , piscine froide mais un peu normal fon sept...heureusement Jacuzzi très appréciable. La communication avec le gérant à été facile car besoin d une intervention rapide suite visite de frelons.
