"Once you get there the hotel is quite clean and modern. It is located on the other side of the train station with under and over passes (many stairs, lift not working) to the station - with luggage not nice. there is absolutely nothing (no restaurants , shops, bars nada) on this side of the tracks so must cross over via stairs and by pass to do anything."

I arrived late so needed special instructions to get in (code etc.). They were very helpful about all of that and for my return to the station I was given a shuttle ride free of charge. Everyone was very helpful and friendly."
