It is located on the other side of the train station with under and over passes (many stairs, lift not working) to the station - with luggage not nice. there is absolutely nothing (no restaurants , shops, bars nada) on this side of the tracks so must cross over via stairs and by pass to do anything."

"First of all, Expedia was useless, we had an issue on check-in because I received a late notification of the required deposit and the helpline was automated.
On the other hand, the receptionist from the hotel managed to solve my issue, but the APP should be clearer with the information.
The hotel is very well located, 24hours reception and you can order food anytime. Only the cleaning could be better, from the day I checked in, the bathroom didn't look clean and always smell coming from the...
