"Clean and comfortable - great location for exploring the Isle. Staff were friendly and at the Calbourne Water Mill (the lodges are on the site) they were super friendly. All the facilities you’d need for a week (or longer) with lovely countryside walks around the area. Would recommend for a younger family 👍"

"House is great and spacious. Perfect for family or big groups. They have all the things you'll need and even have stuff for bbq. Easy access to the farm park and farm shop. It's just a shame we came when the aqua park is still closed and during the days the farm is closed. It's in a good location to explore other places in IoW although it's going to be difficult without your own car. Sleek modern hotel in great central location

"We stayed at this hotel for one night before our cruise. The hotel is very sleek and modern, but we almost walked by it as it is completely surrounded by scaffolding at the time. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room was nice and clean. Bathroom was very small. Grouting in shower could use some freshening up. It was very hot and there was an issue with the thermostat so the temperature remained uncomfortably high throughout. The location is very convenient: walking distance from train station, to cruise port (Horizon terminal) and very close to the Old Town and the main shopping mall. We would stay again. "

outstanding except for the elevator

"Great hospitality and people. The bartenders in the front lounge was not the friendliest, but otherwise everyone is exceptional Only negative I can think of is the elevators. One was out of order and the other one worked. It's very very small and has a small weight limit that my wife and I and our luggage were over the weight. Created a real issue when trying to check out when periods were busy. They said they were new elevators but they're waiting on the city to approve the ability to build bigger earlier. "
