Great stop

Very friendly staff with amazing view and Onsen. No free pick up from bus stop, we were charged 5000 yen. Double the price for two person occupancy. If you don’t mind the extreme price, it’s a very relaxing stay

露天風呂が冷たすぎます。震えてしまいました。食事については細かい手配ができていません。バイキングでも客の動線について研究が足りません。料理内容についても、夕食はありえないくらいお粗末です。スタッフは丁寧な対応でしたが、とてもまた行こうとは思えません。残念でした。

夏に利用させていただきました。こじんまりとした旅館で宿泊客も少ないので温泉が混み合うこともなく良かったです。古い旅館なので施設がややルー古いですが、許容範囲内です。温泉の質が良く、玉置神社や熊野本宮にも近いためたどり着けさえすればその後の観光にも便利でした。

評判通り温泉はお湯が熱目で、トロトロで最高に良かったです。 食事も夜も朝もとても美味しかったです。 お部屋も清潔で眺めもよくのんびり快適に過ごせました。 自然の中なので仕方がないし、虫除け対策もされているとは思いますが… 露天風呂、脱衣所には特に蚊が多くて何ヵ所も刺されてしまいました… この季節に行く場合は自分でも薬持っていったりと対策した方が良いと思います。 十津川温泉、初めて伺いましたが、時間がゆっくり流れていて、とても癒されました。 道が良くなったらまた行きます。

地域と季節の関係でやむを得ないところですが、お風呂で蚊が多く、ゆっくりできなかったのが残念でした。蚊取り線香などで対策していただけるとよかったです。 到着が遅くなってしまい、夕食の時間にご迷惑をおかけしましたが、揚げたての天ぷらを出していただけました。 料理はどれも美味しく満足でした！

友人と三人で一泊。 ざっくばらんな女将と爽やかな宿のスタッフのおかげでとても快適な宿泊でした。 湖に面した部屋で食事も山に幸ふんだん。 十津川村に来ているという気分を満喫しました。

温泉は付き物よかった！

口コミにあった『大浴場汚い』は泉質の関係で仕方ないのかもしれませんが温泉は肌がツルツルしっとりしてよい感じでした🎶朝の9時までお風呂に入れるにもかかわらず、11時から5時までシャワーが使えないのは不便😅さらに部屋に浴室はなかったので、、、温泉といえばお茶と甘い菓子は付き物❔お菓子がなかったこと小辺路を歩いて疲れていたので残念😓

お風呂が異常に汚い。

景色綺麗、食事良い、部屋は清潔、お風呂が汚いと口コミにあり、納得した上で予約しました。口コミの通りでした。しかし、お風呂の汚さが予想以上でした。シャワーホースに蛇口がカビだらけ。壁のタイルもカビだらけ。あまりに気持ち悪く、座ることも出来ず、シャワーは押したらお湯が出ますが温かくなく、また直ぐ止まる。触るのを躊躇するほど汚い。温度調整するにも持ち手を握らなければいけないと思うと汚すぎて出来ず、急いで身体を流しお風呂にも浸かりましたが汚さに寛げず、結局寒いまま出て風邪を引きました。食事はお風呂の汚さをカバーするために豪華にされていると思います。お風呂以外は良かったです。外国人客が非常に多いので、あれが日本の温泉と思われては不衛生の印象しか残りません。お風呂を清潔にして頂きたい。写真投稿できるようですが旅館のダメージになりますし、口コミは酷いですが、十津川村という素晴らしい村にある老舗旅館です。応援をしたい気持ちからお風呂写真は撮りません。お風呂掃除宜しくお願い致します。

とにかく食事の量がすごくありました。夕食は部屋で準備していただけて気兼ねなくゆっくりいただきました。 朝は大部屋での食事でしたが、他の家族と距離もとられていて少し安心しました。 部屋からの景色もよかったです。
