The Neighborhood:

This home in central Totnes places you right in the heart of one of Devon’s most unique and characterful towns. The main appeal is the unbeatable location - just 100 metres from Totnes Civic Hall, where the vibrant market takes place, bringing the town alive with local produce, crafts, street food and music.

Totnes is known for its bohemian, eco-conscious and creative spirit, and you’ll find this reflected in its independent shops, galleries, cafés and lively atmosphere. The coast is also littered with idyllic harbour towns, including Dartmouth and Brixham. Here you'll find quaint streets, fantastic seafood restaurants, pubs, craft shops and more.

Whether you’re browsing markets, enjoying top-quality food, or soaking up Totnes’ distinctive culture, this central location offers a truly memorable Devon escape.
