The professionalism of the staff, the warm welcome at check-in, the guest relations manageress kindly showing us the facilities, the high class furnishings and the facilities all reaffirmed the reviews we had seen online. I could go on an on about the place, but if you're looking for a true 5* establishment with ultra all inclusive, a great location, top class cuisine and very comfortable beds, look no further. "I have stayed at many 3, 4, and 5-star hotels around the world—including in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Germany, the USA, and Canada—but this is by far one of the best. The hotel has a stunning beach in Incekum and multiple pools, including indoor options. The all-you-can-eat food is excellent, much better than what I’ve experienced at other hotels. Another great feature is that the property is connected to three sister hotels, and guests can enjoy all the amenities across them. We loved our stay so much that we extended it. Unfortunately, we had to return to Canada because of my kids’ school, otherwise I would have gladly stayed another week. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families"

"Check in was an absolute disaster- they had no confirmation of booking from Expedia. They refused to accept my confirmation and requested payments as a holding fee. Food - hit and miss, had better. Decent rooms and facilities. Not for me going forward."
