Set within a beautiful private park with a pool, overlooking the Maderno lakeside and just steps from the main square and beach, this refined, newly built residence offers a 55 m² one-bedroom apartment on the first floor. The apartment features a living room with a sofa bed for two, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom. Accommodating up to four guests, you’ll enjoy access to a shared outdoor area for relaxing and sunbathing. The communal pool (open mid-May to mid-September) and sun terrace with garden furniture and an outdoor shower provide the perfect setting for unwinding in peaceful, green surroundings.

Handtücher Bettwäsche und Strom für Klimaanlage wurde nochmals kassiert obwohl es bei der Buchung inbegriffen war

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt
In einem top-gepflegten parkähnlichen Garten, abseits der Hauptstraße, nur von der wenig frequentierten Hafenpromenade vom See getrennt, liegen vier modern eingerichtete Appartements. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Alles super sauber - wirklich zu empfehlen. Das Örtchen Tosoclano Maderno gehört nicht zu den Partymeilen am Gardasee. Es gibt mehrere gute Restaurants, Bars und Supermärkte. Zum Feiern fährt man aber besser ein paar km weiter.

Super Unterkunft mit kleinen Schwächen.
Pros: Top Unterkunft in super Lage mit phantastischem Garten und Pool. Sehr gut ausgestattet, modern eingerichtet und picobello in Ordnung gehalten.
Cons: Leider gibt es bei den Wohnungen im 1.OG keinen Balkon und damit keine Möglichkeit im Freien zu Frühstücken. Wer darauf keinen Wert legt ist hier bestens aufgehoben.

Schöner Urlaub mit der Familie, sehr zu empfehlen.
Pros: Gute Lage. Gepflegter Garten und Pool und saubere Anlage.
Cons: Sehr ruhige Lage im Zentrum, ausser dem Glockenspiel am Morgen um 08:00 Uhr.
