Einfach, aber perfekte Lage

Überraschend ruhig, trotz Pfingstferien. Einrichtung einfach aber zweckmäßig Geschirr etc. etwas spärlich. Direkter Zugang zum See über mehrere Treppen, Für Gehbehinderte eher nicht geeignet. Traumhafter seeblick, überaus freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Gerne wieder!

Es war soweit in Ordnung, etwas in die Tage gekommen aber sauber, es war alles vorhanden was man braucht ,ansonsten wurde alles zeitnah besorgt was man brauchte . Personal war sehr freundlich. Man sollte allerdings i m Angebot die vielen Treppen zum See erwähnen, das hat nicht so gut gefallen. Die angekündigte Animation fand nicht statt.(Wassergymnastik)

Die Beschreibung des Objektes könnte besser sein. Wlan nur im oberen Geschoss vorhanden. Klimaanlage nur in der Küche vorhanden. In der unteren Wohnung keine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Warum man die beiden Wohnungen nicht mit einander verbunden hat ist unverständlich. Die Liegestühle sind für Leute mit Gelenkproblemen nicht geeignet.

Toller Familienurlaub

Statt Nachmittags um 17 Uhr waren wir schon um kurz nach 9 Uhr da und durften trotzdem einchecken. Das hat uns einen ganzen Tag Urlaub geschenkt. Alles total unkompliziert da. Ausstattung iO, Pools toll, Personal nett. Mit dem Brötchenservice/Supermarkt/Bistro hatten wir leider keinen Vertrag, aber es gibt genug Möglichkeiten außerhalb der Anlage. Jede Wohnung hat Seeblick und eine große Terrasse. Wunderschön. Es ist zwar alles schon älter, aber Preis-Leistung passt. Wir sind sehr viel unterwegs gewesen, sind uns aber sicher, sollten wir noch mal in die Gegend fahren, dann wieder da hin :-)

Unterkunft - Preisleistungsverhältnis ok. Leider Mängel. Da kam z.T der Putz von der Wand, defekte Fließen. Die Dusche war in den Schienen versifft. Überall an Küche und Türen waren Fingertapsen und Schmutz, das Waschbecken verkalkt. Wurde zeitnah von einem Spezialputzteam entfernt. Duschkabine schloß nicht richtig. Kaffeemaschine defekt (kam eine neue) Steckdose defekt, wurde repariert. Es fehlten z.B. Pfanne, Toaster, Salatschüssel. Fön selbst mitbringen. Ausblick auf den See war ein Traum

Zunächst einmal zu uns: Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Personen im Alter zwischen 18 und 20 die einen entspannenden Urlaub mit Freunden wollten. Zur Anlage:Wer hier Luxus sucht ist sicherlich falsch. Aber an sich bietet das Gelände einen saubereswenn auch nicht ganz Zeitgemäßes Flair. Entspannung findet man entweder an einem von 3 Pools, welche alle nicht besonderes aber in jedem Fall sauber sind, oder aber direkt am See, welcher auch von der äußerstenE vor der Anlage innerhalb von 3–4 Minuten zu erreichen ist. Außerdem befindet sich auf der Anlage ein kleiner Laden/Bar/Restaurant, in welchem man mit so ziemlich allem versorgt wird was man so braucht. Auch das Restaurant ist mehr als empfehlenswert, nettes Personal, leckeres Essen und angenehmes Ambiente.Zum Gardasee:Absolut atemberaubend sowohl bei Tag als auch bei Nacht. Hier nur ein klitzekleiner Kritikpunkt. Wie man es im Normalfall von Italien, Kroatien oder anderen südlichen Ländern gewohnt ist macht der Gardasee eine ausnahme. Man findet hier so gutewie keine Promnadenmärkte.Aber alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und Gatte einen erholsamen und schönen Urlaub.

Unbedingt eigenes Bettzeug mitnehmen Und Küche und Bad grundreinigen. Reisetipps: Schöne Region Der Weg zum Kiesstrand ist mit kinderwagen/buggy nur schwer zu bewältigen aufgrund von langen Treppen den Berg hinunter. Toller Ausblick von "Villa" 44 aus Wer im See baden möchte sollte sich auf jedenfall strand bzw See Schuhe dort kaufen.

Tolle Anlage in Top-Lage von Manerba

Schöne Anlage, einfaches, aber sauberes Apartment. Leider ging aus der Buchung nicht hervor, dass es sich um 2 getrennte Apartments handelte (obwohl als 5 Personen Apartment gebucht). Auch unsere Nachbarn, eine 5-köpfige Familie wusste nicht, dass es sich um 2 getrennte Zimmer handelt... Pizzeria vor Ort ist super!! Die Pools auch top. Toll ist auch der Seezugang über Treppenstufen
