"The hotel is generally a bit "worn around the edges" but many other points more than make up for it. Beautiful location, friendly and helpful staff, delicious food (both at the free breakfast and the on site restaurant), a gorgeous pool, lots of nearby amenities. Spent nearly the full time of our trip (~10 days) just in and around the area of the hotel, with just a few easy car trips down to the heart of the city for the extra culture and experience. "

"The two Gonzalo’s at the front desk were so helpful! The shorter one with dark hair was the best! He spent a lot of time with us explaining the city, places to eat, and even showed us how to make and drink mate. He made our stay at the hotel extra special! The breakfast was average, could have more variety, but the staff there were lovely as well. The location of the hotel was great too, easy to walk and safe."

"Una semana de trabajo en la que tuve la fortuna de descanzar en este maravilloso hotel. El personal en general, lo más memorable, siempre atentos y con la mejor disposición de hacer de la estadía la mejor experiencia incluso cuando hay problemas. La habitación muy amplia y cómoda, en Recoleta y Palermo es muy usual encontrarse con espacios reducidos y a los que uno tiene que ajustarse, no es el caso de Palo Santo, sus habitaciones super amplias, no se siente restricción alguna y su balcón le agrega un privilegio más. La ubicación en palermo es perfecta, en cada esquina hay lugares auténticos ya sea para cenar o tomar un café estando en una zona segura y desde donde encontrar transporte es muy sencillo. Un hotel al que me gustaría poder regresar y por supuesto lo super recomiendo."

"Great little hotel, well located, clean, safe, and the staff was amazing. Hands down Coral made my experience spectacular, she was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She helped me plan all my activities and went above and beyond! I will definitely recommend and stay here again. "This hotel was average, but certainly not to the standards of a 4 star hotel as its advertised. The breakfast was great as other reviews state, but that's the only thing I would rate above average. All of the pictures of this hotel seem to have been taken at least a decade ago and the property has not been maintained well. The rooms were very basic and the bathrooms were a bit grimy. Our shower had rust marks all over the walls (I hope it was rust), and grime all around the caulking. It would also get extremely damp and humid after anyone would shower and the walls and ceilings in the bathroom would drip with moisture for about 10-12 hours after a shower. The pool and outdoor area were also poorly maintained, I certainly would never consider swimming in that pool. If this were rated as a three star hotel I would consider it passable, but rating this hotel as 4 stars makes absolutely no sense to me given the state of the rooms, property, and amenities."

"The gal that works the reception is an absolute delight. The customer service at this hotel is truly exceptional and the location can’t be beat. It might need a tiny bit of maintenance in certain places like scratches on the floor but it’s perfectly clean, safe and the beds are firm and comfy. Don’t even doubt it. I’ve stayed two times now"
