"I really appreciated the front desk help and how nice they were to us and attentive.
The rooms however need to have a better upkeep. In our first room the curtains were broken and in our second room the main phone did not work. The carpet was dirty and full of stains so it looked unclean."
"Patios is an absolutely lovely and quaint artsy hotel in a cool old part of San Telmo.
The room was lovely, with a great comfortable bed. Outside, through the center of the hotel, is a fantastic romantic open courtyard with superb weird sculptures.
We loved it so much, we extended our stay a few more nights.
Will definitely be happy to stay here again. "

"The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting."
"The staff were very friendly, available, and helpful. Everything was clean and as a very old property, it has a lot of character. We have never stayed anywhere like it and would definitely go back."
