Large villa with 3 Suite-type rooms with integrated bathroom, 2more rooms, one on the ground floor. All together 5 espacious doble rooms. A toilet in the ground floor and a bathroom with shower in the pool area. Youth groups are not allowed. Parties or celebrations are not allowed. Only families are allowed. Pets are allowed on request with charge. Private pool and garden for the tenants of the house. Luxury kitchen with American fridge. oven, microwave, dishwasher, nexpresso coffee machine. All rooms with conditioned air. Heating. Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and iron and spreader. Vacuum cleaner. Big dining room . Outside terrace with several tables and chairs, pool loungers. Weber gas barbecue. An ideal house for one or two families to come and rest. Located in L'Estartit in an urbanization 3 kilometers from the beach. The supermarket is 1 km. You can go to the beach. 30 minutes. Free WIFI. High speed fiber. Closed garage for one car and a second car can also be parked in front of the garage.

AMAZING VILLA

We loved the villa it was amazing great views, lovely pool the house was well equipped and very clean. The outside area was great for our 2 dogs who enjoyed the short walk to the woods for a great walk, plenty of space and large rooms. Best holiday villa we have had will definitely will book for next year.

Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen in der Villa Torre Gran in Estartit verbracht und könnten nicht zufriedener sein. Die Villa liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend, ideal für alle, die Erholung und Privatsphäre suchen. Der Privatpool war ein echtes Highlight – perfekt gepflegt und eine herrliche Möglichkeit, sich zu entspannen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den schnellen und unkomplizierten Service: kleinere Anliegen wurden sofort und freundlich erledigt, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Es gab wirklich nichts zu bemängeln – alles war sauber, gut ausgestattet und genauso wie beschrieben. Insgesamt war es ein rundum gelungener Urlaub in einem Ferienhaus, das wir jederzeit wieder buchen würden. Absolute Empfehlung für alle, die Ruhe, Komfort und einen reibungslosen Ablauf schätzen! Maison conforme à l'annonce

Le 1er point est peut être l'accueil de l'agence. Souriant, en Français et très arrangeant . La maison est très grande et confortable Peut être rajouter 2 bains de soleil. Il y en avait 4 et c'est un peu juste quand on est 8 personnes.
