APARTMENT (3 ADULTS + 2 CHILDREN) POOL VIEW

COSY APARTMENT WITH POOL VIEW:
West facing apartment with views of the pool from the living room, terrace and bedrooms. The double bedroom has 2 single beds but you can request a double bed. The small bedroom is separated from the living room with a sliding door. It also has a cosy living room with integrated kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub.

It is located in the city center, 500 meters from the beach, in a modern, comfortable and cosy apartment resort to enjoy with family or friends. Guests staying at the apartments may use the nice swimming pool, the solarium-terrace to relax under the sun, enjoy the shade of the olive trees, or have fun in the games room. It also has a large reception area, 2 lifts, private parking in basement area, Bike room, large supermarket and pizzeria.

The price includes: water, electricity, 1 parking place, air conditioning, WIFI, sheets, towels, tablecloth, kitchentowels, swimming pool, community bike room and one cleaning with change of bedding and towels in stays of one week and above. We have high chairs and cots free of charge.

Extra bed: € 10 / day. Pets allowed: € 9.00 / day.

Appartement idéalement situé l'ensemble du personnel est très courtois et efficacité pour résoudre problèmes techniques. Propreté irréprochable en extérieur. Equipement soigné il y a de la vaisselle pas seulement 3 couteaux 3 fourchettes 3 assiettes. ..... un véritable équipement pour la cuisine et les accessoires divers. machine à laver un lave vaisselle. Seul problème l'insonorisation si vous êtes sensibles c'est l'Espagne. ... mais la résidene très familiale était occupée par des espagnols allemands français très respectueux. La nuit aucun bruit et une literie excelkente. En Espagne à l'Estartit les Espagnols portent tous le masque nous avons vu bcp de français ne pas respecter cette consigne dans les rues et les magasins. .... Sinon la région est très belle pour les amateurs de vélos rendonnees la plage est à moins de 10 mn très belle et le petit centre concentré outre de boutiques a une excellente boucherie à prix plus compétitifs que nos grands magasins poiss
