Thoughtfully decorated in stylish, muted tones, this three-storey property is the perfect location for a tranquil getaway with family or friends. After days on the beach, hiking the countryside or exploring Devon’s pretty villages and enticing attractions, you can recharge in the sumptuous living room and dine in either the elegant dining room or the inviting garden.


This semi-detached house is modern, with co-ordinating furnishings and great attention to detail throughout. Step into the handsome kitchen/diner, for example, and you’ll find not only sleek style but also an excellent range of mod cons, including a coffee machine and a wine cooler. Beautiful chevron flooring continues around the corner to the dining area, where there’s a Smart TV, a sound bar and a games console. In the lounge, there’s another Smart TV and comfortable seating, so you can settle in for a night of your favourite shows or a classic movie. At bedtime, head up to the first floor to find two double bedrooms, both with Smart TVs, and a single, plus a family bathroom.
