We have been here in this lovely apartment a number of times .The apartment is lovely and clean with everything you need for a self-catering holiday. The pool area is all so very inviting to cool down.supermarkets & restaurants a short walk away .The ower & property managers are always helpful.

Perfect Stay

We had a nice vacation in the apartment, parking is close to your rooms. The rooms himself are nice and the outside area with the pool is quite beautiful. Good restaraurant and supermarkets are in 10 minute range. A nice Stay for your holidays :D

Modern apartment.

The Perfect Relaxing Holiday

My partner & I were so incredibly impressed by this property. The communication with the owner/people who were checking us into the property was excellent. They always replied very promptly and went above and beyond to help us, most notedly by providing a return airport transfer service.The apartment was spotlessly clean and had all necessary amenities provided (extra towels, washing line, utensils/seasonings/sauces etc.). My one tiny bit of feedback would be that the iron is not very good and it is very difficult to actually iron any clothes.The outside areas (both our personal terrace & the communal grounds and pool area) were very well maintained and perfect for our needs.We were coming on this holiday with the intention of completely relaxing for 1 week, and this property allowed us to do that tenfold. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, and have already been praising it to my friends & family.

This place was like a dream we did have a noisy neighbor Michel was very professional and got into it straight away our stay was better after it was delt with.The pool was absolutely fantastic my kids loved it as it was quite quiet missing it already thankyou for our lovely holiday 😁

Beautiful Apartment

The apartment was lovely, modern, very clean and easily accommodated a family of 4 with everything we needed. Perfect location right opposite the pool. The complex is so quiet, we had the pool to ourselves most days, which the kids loved! Michel was a great host, emailing and checking everything was ok whilst we were there. I cannot recommend this apartment enough, we hope to return again soon.

Punta Prima getaway

Lovely property in a quiet residential neighborhood. Was a bit cool (March) while we were there so we took advantage of the sunroom as well as the deck. We do a lot of walking and so we got along fine without a car but others may find it too far from the beach (less than 20 minute walk).

Superb property

Just left after 7 days here and the apartment is exactly as described, extremely clean and fully equipped with home comforts. Pool cold, but it is the last week of October so only braved it once. A short walk to the beach but would advise to hire a car to venture out and explore the area. Would fully recommend to anyone that wishes for a relaxing break. Many thanks to Michel for a lovely stay.

Fabulous Apartment

We have just spent 13 nights recently at this wonderful apartment in a quiet urbanisation. The apartment is ideal for 4 adults and is immaculate throughout. Situated ideally for watching the morning sunrise and right beside the fantastic communal pool which was never very busy. Highly recommended, and Michel was a fabulous host who was always easy to contact re any queries.

Murcia for a change

The property was well located and in tip top condition. The owner contacted me a couple of times to see if all was going well...for me, this was a nice caring owner. I would love to visit this property again but unfortunately we were not too impressed with the local area. Also found that the locals do not appear to worry about their dog's poo all over the place. Its a great shame this property was not elsewhere.

Outstanding modern apartment

The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need for a self catering stay. Perfectly situated on the ground floor opposite the swimming pool. Large open terrace with sun loungers, covered dining area with table and chairs. Excellent furnishings, large flat screen tv with all English channels, sky programmes and many more. Two bedrooms with a double bed and 2 single beds, two toilet/shower rooms. security shutters to all windows/patio doors and very secure locks to main door. Great location for touring the area. Great communication with the owner Michel who goes the extra mile to ensure you have a great stay. Look forward to returning in the near future

Really lovely apartment, perfectly equipt. We booked with less than 24 hours notice and our host couldn’t have been more accommodating. Even suggesting a shuttle to and from the airport which was efficient, affordable and helpful. Apartment is a lovely layout, clean and Very comfortable. Even had tv channels from various countries. Walking distance to shops and bars. We would recommend eating in The Bridge, SKP Grill and the Armenian Grill above the shopping centre. We also hired bikes there is plenty coastal cycling opportunities. Thanks Michel for your help and communication. We will use the apartment again!

Summer stay

This property is lovely. Better than in pictures . The pool area is perfect for families and young children. The host Michel was very helpful from before booking and during the stay. Always available ti answer questions about area and things to do etc. very accommodating. The check in and out process was excellent. I would highly recommend. The area perhaps could be explored more with car rental. I would advice it if you are wanting to see more than immediate area. There are some restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. There is a bus in area to go further up and down coast if needed. Taxi service in area not great. Quiet area good for families to rest and relax.

Nice apartment, poor management

Property was mostly as described, few issues around canopy not being useable, issues with security safe. We were burgled on the 5th night and when we reported it was clear they never believed us ( my 15yr daughter and her friend had to sleep with their suitcase against the door and my husband had to sleep on the couch to make them feel safe). As we left today the owner sent us a very rude text suggesting we left the apartment in a messy state ( we stripped the beds, emptied the bins and brushed through even though we paid 90euro cleaning fee). He also blamed us for the burglary and threateneed us with holding back our deposit.....absolutely disgusted with the hosts attitude and although he says we are not welcome back we wouldn't hire from him again if it was the last property on earthanything from him

Very nice modern apartment

Michel was very responsive to emails and Geoffrey met us there and explained everything about the flat which was very useful and appreciated. The mobile data reception isn’t great in the area so make sure you have the WiFi password before you go. Which Michel provides in a detailed document after booking. Based in a suburban area, a 15 minute drive from Torrevieja. The flat is very modern and has two bathrooms. It was also useful having a washing machine. It’s nice having the pool right outside the patio doors. We went in late March a managed to catch a bad weather period so the water was a bit cold, but that’s the luck of the draw. There is a big Consum on the way to the beach (left out the gate, then left at the end). The beach is across quite a busy road, with an overpass. There is a bus stop on that road which will take you to Torrevieja, the buses are not that frequent so you might be waiting a bit. Suggestions. Maybe update to a smart TV so that you can add your steaming accounts (Netflix, Amazon etc). Especially for the non-summer months and those with kids.

Disappointing Experience, Not Recommended

We had a disappointing stay at this apartment and cannot recommend it. Here's why: Misleading sofa: The fake leather sofa was completely destroyed and torn, far from the advertised quality. Inconvenient patio doors: The glass doors to the patio didn't open, and we had to call someone 40 minutes away to operate them. This limited outdoor access and created discomfort. Worn-out linens: The provided bed linens were old and worn-out, compromising comfort and cleanliness. Stained towels: The towels had noticeable stains and were unappealing, not meeting basic cleanliness standards. Poor soundproofing: The apartment lacked soundproofing, making it impossible to escape noise from neighbors on all sides. We pointed out these inconveniences to the owner who said they were all going to be fixed for the future but took no action. Overall, these issues make it difficult for us to recommend this apartment. Consider these factors before making a decision. The apartment is located in a great complex and we overall enjoyed our stay in Punta Prima, even tough there are no real beaches close by and you will need a car to get around.

Mooi en netjes onderhouden appartement nabij Torrevieja

Prima verblijf gehad. De accomodatie voldeed volledig aan de beschrijving en ook heel vlotte communicatie met zowel de eigenaar als de sleutelbeheerder. Alle voorzieningen waren aanwezig, zelfs tot een met een satelietbox voor ontvangst van TV kanalen uit eigen land. Een absolute aanrader.
