This beautiful, bright, and modern apartment is just 450 meters from the beach in La Mata, Torrevieja. It features 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with a bathtub, and a spacious living-dining area with an open kitchen. A large enclosed terrace provides extra space, perfect for the winter months. The shared pool is available for sunbathing and swimming from May 1st to October 31st. If you prefer the beach, Torrevieja’s best and largest white sand beach is only 450 meters away. You can park your rental car in the private garage across the street, in the community garage, or directly on the street, all free of charge.
