  • The holiday flat "Limonka" is located in the village of La Mata, just 150 metres from the beautiful sandy beach. It takes approximately 40 minutes by car from Alicante airport. In the nearby centre of La Mata you will find numerous bars, restaurants and shops, all within walking distance of the holiday home.The ground floor flat consists of a living room with dining area and access to a terrace with garden furniture, as well as an open kitchen equipped with all household appliances, including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishes, pots, etc. Bed linen and towels are also included in the price of your stay. You will find two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed (135 x 190 cm) and a second bedroom with 2 single beds. In the living room there is a sofa bed that can be used as an extra sleeping place for two people. The living room also has a fold-out table, a TV with satellite channels and Wi-Fi, as well as air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with shower. This is a well-equipped flat in a great location. The beautiful sandy beach of La Mata and proximity to all amenities will make you feel the atmosphere of a Spanish town. The Laguna Salada lake with its mud and salt water baths is 3 km from the flat. Other attractions are the viewpoints overlooking the lakes and the numerous cycling routes. Torrevieja, with its many bars, restaurants and supermarkets, can be reached in a short drive or by local bus. The modern Habaneras shopping centre is less than 10 minutes away and the even larger Zenia Boulevard shopping centre can be reached in a good 15 minutes by car.
