Abaixo do esperado

O hotel é extremamente simples e não conta com estacionamento. Ao fazer o check-in e chegar ao quarto, encontrei um prato sujo em cima do frigobar, aparentemente esquecido há bastante tempo, possivelmente devido à baixa movimentação na baixa temporada. Durante minha estadia, choveu, e o barulho intenso de uma calha próxima tornou muito difícil dormir à noite. A estrutura do hotel deixa a desejar: o quarto estava em más condições, com banheiro antigo, armários deteriorados e toalhas amareladas. Outro ponto negativo foi o horário do café da manhã, que começava apenas às 7h15 — um horário que considero tarde, já que precisei fazer o check-out às 6h e não consegui aproveitar a refeição. O único aspecto positivo foi a localização, que é muito conveniente.

Muito abaixo do esperado

Alugamos com pouca antecedência, então acabamos por pagar um valor altíssimo na diária. O hotel está muito bem localizado, próximo de comércios e perto da praia. Estacionamos o carro no primeiro dia e depois não tiramos mais, andando somente a pé. A estrutura do hotel não é boa. O quarto estava em más condições (banheiro bem velho, armários em péssimas condições). Fomos trocados no segundo dia para um quarto um pouco maior e melhor, mas ainda de qualidade não condizente com o preço cobrado. O café da manhã foi decepcionante, pois com pouca variedade de frutas, sem manteiga, ovos mexidos e alimentos básicos em qualquer hotel. O ponto positivo é que aceita pets e a localização é ótima.

Foi uma experiência bem ruim , chegamos lá no hotel o quarto não estava em condições , para me ajudar a mola do colchão me furou claro nos trocaram de hotel , mas acho que não é tão simples trocar de hotel ,trocar de quarto e toda a situação ??!!! E se fosse a minha filha ? Isto é inacreditável , confesso que o gerente foi mega atencioso mas infelizmente não foi suficiente !!!!

O elevador estragou domingo de manhã. Deixamos o hotel na manhã seguinte e o elevador continuava " em manutenção". Tenho sessenta e dois anos e estávamos no terceiro andar.Fácil de entender a dificuldade. Até porque na hora de alugar um quarto o elevador serve como um diferencial. Nenhuma explicação, nada. Como se estivesse tudo certo. Senti- me lesado e desrespeitado como cliente.

Bastante dejado para recibir turismo, las habitaciones debe hacer 5 años que no se pintan ni se le hacen mejoras. Estuvimos una sola noche y de pasada a Camboriú. La oferta de Hotels.com decía que abonaba en efectivo en el hotel y cuando llegue ya tenía hecha la tarjeta. Caro para lo que es.

Il punto forte dell'hotel è la localizzazione, in centro e a due passi dalle belle spiagge di Torres, circondato da ristoranti. La colazione era buona ma la sala era troppo piccola in rapporto alla quantità degli ospiti (alcune persone dovevano attendere in piedi che si liberassero i tavoli. Nota dolente la struttura, obsoleta e in generale sporca, a partire dalle camere piene di insetti. È anche difficile arrivarci in auto perchè l'hotel non dispone di garage. C'è solo un posto auto all'entrata per operazioni rapide in una zona molto trafficata.

A localização é o ponto forte. O hotel fica a três quadras da praia, uma quadra na lagoa e ao lado do ponto de encontro na noite, com artistas de rua, artesanatos, música... muito bom.

Foi um ótima estada em Torres no Hotel São Paulo. Fica próximo do centro, próximo da praia. Excelente localização.
