It is in a privileged situation, 10 minutes drive from the airport, 15 minutes walk from the beach, 12 minutes walk from the center, 5 minutes walk from the supermarket, 7 minutes pharmacy.
It consists of 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with a corner specially designed for children with their own TV (Amazon Prime) and integrated kitchen. Large garden with a games room, very nice with vegetation and porch where to make outdoor life and barbecue. It also has a solarium with hammocks and artificial grass.
